Worst dental experience in my life.
I went in for a cavity fillings, and was told misinformation about pricing, for one. After getting scheduled, I had made it VERY clear that I have a fear of dentists, and hope they take that into consideration.
Fast forward to the cavity filling, Dr.Roth was training an "Assistant" and I was the practice subject. He was ripping around the tool which holds your mouth open, demonstrating the wrong way, and right way to use it.doing that made me very uncomfortable, as he was yelling at her, while he is aggressively "demonstrating" on ME. Nobody asked, or mentioned there would be demonstrations on live person, for the trainee to do.
Further along with the procedure, ( I was already livid from him using me as a "practice test", things got worse. Dr.Roth told me I needed to raise my hand when my mouth was full of saliva, and couldn't breathe. So I raised my hand with saliva blocking my throat, not allowing me to breathe and he insisted "this is the most important part of the procedure, I can't stop" as I was choking on my own spit. I had to sit there, for 30 seconds choking on my saliva WHILE Dr.Roth is doing the operation.
Let's not start about politics. Idc if it's Idaho, Texas, Alabama or whatever. You don't talk about presidential stuff, and "oh I think this guys a moron, running this country into the ground" how's that professional?
Another BIG red flag. Upon me mentioning I have a fear against dentists, even after the drama and pain I had to endure through the procedure, Dr.Roth messed up the filling. It was too high, so when I closed my teeth, my filling was the only thing making contact. I went to eat a snack, and immediately thought I cracked my tooth due to how hard I went to chew a bite. ( the filling just crunched under my teeth). SO AFTER ALL THAT, I left Dr.Roth, and went directly to an orthodontist who filled down the filling I got ( 30 mins prior) and made it all right.
So it's been about a year, and suddenly a few days ago, I started feeling loose parts of my tooth come off (where dr Roth did the filling). I have lost 3 pieces of my tooth/filing, attached pictures below. I warn anyone slightly worried, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Cant forget to add, that Dr.Roth told his front desk ladys, to tell me that if he will give me a discount (basically pay for my cavity filling) if I didn't write a yelp review. WHAT. How this guy has a license still, is beyond me. I hope you read this, and make the decision to stay away!! read more
