Rosslyn Chapel is a definate stop off for tourists. It was a particularly frosty day when we went which didnt make a completely lovely experience I must admit.
There was still work being done on the exterior but once inside I must admit I was quite awestruck. Im always a little in awe whenever I have visited a church or monastry or even castle anywhere in Europe so maybe Im an easy target. But really Rosslyn Chapel is quite exquisite and if you do go make sure you get the tour because the guide is fascinating. Its only one room I know but the information he tells you about particular carvings is just breathtaking.
