The waitstaff were beautifully dressed, efficient, and friendly enough (they also spoke perfect English). The bar snacks were good, and the cocktail menu was among the more interesting that I've seen. I loved my drink, which combined champagne and a rose liqueur. I suggested that my friend try a scotch-based cocktail infused with lapsang souchong tea. I knew that it would be strong and smoky, but I wasn't prepared for how delicious it would be. I kept sneaking sips. I would love to visit this bar again if I ever return to Bolzano!
