It ripped down the jacket . The company told me to send it back for a replacement - now they are holding the jacket hostage for shipping costs (45 Euro). Since it was defective, we should not have to pay shipping - I alreadly paid alot to send it back. They did not tell me I would have to pay shipping when they told me to send it back. They refuse to acknowledge the jacket was defective. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

Giuseppe's lovely wife makes jewelry with alabaster and you can even buy alabaster beads from her.
