I went to get a haircut and "lo and behold" it was exactly as I remembered except a couple of hundred yards around the corner in the same shopping center. Paul and Hoyt were still cutting hair. They give great haircuts for a reasonable price ($18). The place is family oriented, no TV, loud music, or foul language, just pleasant conversation. Hoyt just retired recently. One of the original barber's daughter, Cindi, is a barber there. Anyway, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As a tourist in Knoxville I asked about barbers in town who could cut without using paint. Diamond Cutz and the barber TT came up twice. Once at the Hilton downtown and then again from another Knoxville barber!
