Got here around 10:05Am appt at 10:15Am had to use their tablet to fill out and sign even though I…read moredid it at home already days before I came in today through the link that was sent to my email. Had to pay $60 dollar copay with my work insurance that I have. Then I was brought back around my appt time 10:15Am. Dr's Assistant took my blood pressure through a wrist device she told me to put my wrist over my chest. Asked me a few questions and now sitting in medical chair waiting to see the Foot Dr still. Dr Finally came in the room around 10:47Am. He shook my hand introduced himself with eye contact and was very very professional. Looked at my area where I had the issue. calluses. He listened to my story and then said what he saw and what it was cleaned a tool scrapped away at it and put some sort of medication ointment that will get in there blister it up and then in 2 weeks I go back and he scraps it away and said it's like nothing ever happened there. So we shall see. He said all he asks that I don't get it wet for 3 hours. I had a good experience here so far and he was walking really fast around in the hallway from one area to another so I think he was very busy. But during my appt time he focused on me and my issue and took care of me and built that professional friendly relationship which was cool. She seemed to genuinely care and connect to her patients. The receptionist recognized a couple regulars and you could tell they all have a very welcoming and supportive staff/patient relationship. I will definitely recommend family and friends to this doctors office! (also I wanted to clarify when I said "she didn't even touch my foot" I was referring to the doctor at the urgent care I went to prior and not the staff here, Rosa was perfect in her patient care and personality!)

Then she told me I'll never be able to get rid of it because it's all over my house, in my carpet, etc. and I'll probably pass it to my family depending on their body chemistry. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and she interrupted me when I spoke. She refused to treat me then left the room. I had to pay $60 for that office visit. I was incredibly angry. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I hope this review reaches anyone thinking of going to Dr. Rynkiewicz. I'm now seeing a different Podiatrist who tested my feet and is now treating my athlete's foot. It isn't gone yet, but it has improved greatly. Go see Dr. Stacie Buck if you want to be taken seriously and treated with common courtesy.
