10 out of 10 absolutely would recommend I had a traffic violation that could have suspended my license but he got all my charges dropped saving my life Frfr & he understood that I was a working college student and gave me a fair price for his services !! read more

Ross is truly a professional. He is responsive, thoughful, patient, and overall someone I had no problem putting my full trust in when dealing with a sensitive personal matter. I did not have to explain to Ross what I was experiencing and how stressed I was. In fact, he took the initiative to explain things to me in a way that was a bit more relieving for me. Hopefully I will never have to use Ross' services again, but if I ever do, I know he is just one call away and would not hesitate to reach out. read more

I was out of state and had a hold on my drivers license due to a traffic ticket. Ross took care of if for me, he had my tickets pulled out of collections and reduced to a $50 fine. I didn't have to fly back to California. Mr. Erlich knew exactly what to do and was extraordinarily effective in resolving the issue. He has excellent communication with clients and exceeded my expectations in every way. read more

Ross Erlich is an outstanding attorney, and I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond in representing my daughter on two criminal charges and was successful in achieving positive outcomes for both. One was dismissed and, after a hearing for the second charge; it was not further pursued. There was no conviction for either charge. Mr. Erlich took the time to prepare thoroughly his communications with the court system and made sure my daughter was properly prepared as well. Throughout this stressful process, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and a very strong advocate for my daughter. We are extremely grateful to him and would absolutely go to him again if the need arose. Excellent attorney! read more

I have to tell you that Ross is just the best. He helped me when no one else could. I unjustly got a red light ticket - they said I was in the red for over 13 seconds, but that's not even possible - and Ross worked with me to help get it dismissed. It was a unique circumstance because even though red light cameras are no longer in use in LA City, they are in use in some other random places like Metro bus ways, which is where was unjustly given the ticket. Ross delivered convincing arguments to the Judge and helped get this dismissed for me when it looked like I would have to pay a big fine and either go to traffic school or suffer points on my license for something I didn't do. If you need help with tickets Ross Erlich is the best. read more

I am always skeptical about meeting lawyers for the first time, but Ross made me feel at ease from the very first moments. I was referred to Ross by another lawyer who I trusted greatly and I am very glad he did so. Throughout the entire process Ross was incredibly transparent, and at no point did I feel unclear about the cases progress. The results Ross was able to produce VASTLY exceeded my expectations. After everything was all said and done, Ross continued to provide excellent advice and counsel on residual matters pertaining to the case. I strongly recommend Ross to anyone in need of legal aid. read more

I was recently pulled over and charged with a DUI and was thankfully put in touch with Ross Erlich through mutual friends. I decided to choose his services because of the initial (free) consultation in which he described to me everything pertaining to my case and step by step what needs to be done from here on out. He was informative and honest in all our conversations. A few weeks after my arrest, Ross informed me that he was able to reduce my DUI fees to basically just an exhibition of speed or as I've also been told, a level 2 speeding ticket. Ross saved me plenty of time, money and stress thanks to his knowledge and diligence. Great communication too! He's been available every time I've needed questions answered. read more

I was referred to Ross by another lawyer friend of mine for two speeding tickets that I wanted to contest. I was able to get hold of Ross on phone to explain my ticket situation and he said he will do his best to get them dismissed. With all the Covid chaos and court delays, he was able to stay on top of everything and worked his magic to get both tickets dismissed. I was so grateful. Thank you so much Ross. read more

I don't write reviews often, but felt in this situation, Ross deserves to be commended on his work. Ross represented a family member in a very complex criminal case. I can't say enough good things about how he handled the case ( we won!) I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with many lawyers over the years and Ross changed that experience for me. He goes far and above to make you feel comfortable and confident in whatever type of situation you may be dealing with. Most attorneys look at clients as numbers on a spreadsheet; with Ross if feels like he becomes a true friend and will do everything he can to help. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. Thanks for always being there pal! read more

Have a DUI look no further!!! Ross saved my tale feather and got my charges changed to a less of a charge. Not knowing what to do Ross walked me step by step through what I need to do with out me having to have appear in court. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and Available when you have any questions. read more

Wow where to start, I caught a case almost 3 years ago... I originally had hired another law firm that make a long story short didn't even send my lawyer the day of my case finally a back up one whom didn't have an idea of my case one I had never spoken to tons of unanswered/unreturned phone calls ...to I was so scared never have being in trouble before and looking at jail time they had me plea for something that I now know more than likely would have been dropped they tell me I have a year to do my community service which was untrue it was 6 months they gave me no notice of court nothing or the correct due dates. So Ross comes to rescue my boyfriend and I meet with him very convenient easy to get ahold of I go in to meet with him.... By law I now have warrant, probation violation, failure to appear, basically I handed the man a HUGE mess of a case he insure me I would be okay I would be in jail unless I choose to, he very bluntly which I loved gave me three options ... We spoke of all three weight out all the options with me as true professional. Deciding on the amount of community service I had which he insured if I asked for extension id be given more and hard labor which def is not what I wanted nor had any desire or motivation and busy traveling schedule. We decided that if he could get all the other cases dropped id sit out the 16 days checking in and out of jail with his methods and the jail over crowding id be out in 4 days most he believed. But thought next morning. Probably doesn't sound like much to most but to me I am not jail material woman. I was scared to death... Although Ross was there every step of way to sooth and make me feel as comfortable as possible still jail is no place anyone wants to be... I arrived at court he handled everything as promised I check in the jail that morning was out the next day at 6 pm ...even got my boyfriend in to visit me before I was even in my own cell of course I was freaking out ... After hours after my boyfriend had left he called Ross stating I was worried def not working hours he answered and insured us... I was out the same evening. Do not get scammed and dealing with huge law firms where you might not even ever speak to your lawyer.... He showed up on time very assertive, professional! I can't thank him enough! Once he took over my case he handled everything I didn't have to stress or worry !! Hopefully I never get in trouble again but would def recommend him to any of my family or friends you won't be disappointed. read more

Ross Erlich is an exceptional lawyer who provides excellent legal representation. I am an architect and industrial designer who needed legal representation that could ensure results. Ross helped see that family friend through what would have been the most difficult time in their young life. In LA there is no shortage of handsome lawyers that take your money and make a great deal of promises they cant keep. Ross is not that type of lawyer, time and time again when Ross and his practice promised that "everything would be fine" they delivered on that promise. His legal skills and ethics are beyond reproach and his court room demeanor is excellent. He is known throughout the legal community in LA for his professionalism and excellence. Ross Erlich is legal advocay at the finest most professional level and i strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal defense. read more

Where to start with Mr. Erlich? He was quite an amazing person to deal with my misdemeanor case, and would most definitely give him a call if i ever find myself in terrible situation. Ross Erich was extremely helpful and has greatly assisted me in my time of need. I was driving to work when I witnessed a car spin out of control and crash, so I stopped to assist the driver. I waited for the police and ambulance to show up, and once they arrived, I went back to my car to continue going to work. An officer noticed some damage on the side of my vehicle from a prior traffic collision, and said we must have been racing. He then told me that he had a witness, and issued me a misdemeanor citation for speed contest. While searching how to contest this, I came across a forum post by Mr. Elrich regarding a similar situation. I scheduled a meeting with Mr. Elrich, he pointed me to the right direction and gave me a choice on how to do things, of course i went with the option to have him represent me and was able to work out a payment plan that I could manage with my other expenses. He was able to have the charges dropped completely, and I no longer have to worry about repercussions at work, with my insurance, etc. He explained the falsehoods the police department used against me, why they use such tactics, and how to bring the truth of the matter to light. I now have no record of the incident affecting my career, which is much more important than even the fine I was facing. He showed that he was willing to fight for my case and was very understanding of my financial and work situation. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Ross read more

I unfortunately got in the middle of the police chasing a felon; the guy hit me and totaled my car. Luckily I was not injured besides a whiplash, but my leased car (only 1 year old) was done. Ross Ehrlich worked with me on this case and I ended up getting all of my chiropractor expenses, hospital bills etc. paid for (about $3500), I got the old car paid off and had even extra money left over to put down on a new car and I got an additional $8300 for pain and suffering from the settlement. I definitely recommend him for any accidents where you may need a lawyer! read more

I've known Ross personally for a few years and knew he was very smart. Recently, he has handled two matters for me. I was very satisfied with his knowledge of the relevant law and his negotiating abilities. He resolved the first matter for me very quickly and at very low cost (complete dismissal). The second matter is still ongoing, but I have been very confident in the manner in which Ross has handled it so far. He is very competent and sharp for a young attorney-which is no doubt the result of the excellent training he has received from his boss and mentor, Jeff Vallens. I would highly recommend Ross if you are in in need of a good criminal defense attorney. read more
