Completed in 1836, the Ross Bridge in Tasmania is a historic, three-arched sandstone bridge built using convict labor. Located over the Macquarie River, it is the third oldest bridge still in use in Australia and is renowned for its 186 intricately carved, unique stone icons created by convict stonemason Daniel Herbert.
