I reviewed earlier in the year but realized it was a bit hard to follow. I went in for a birthday bouquet for my grandmother. I've been here before and never had an issue. I usually tell the person how much I want to spent, a color theme, etc. I asked to spent about $50 and when I got my flowers they weren't in a vase but wrapped in plastic. I was told that I would have to pay extra to have them in a vase. I ended up having to go back into the store twice to correct things but I was in a time crunch by that point. I left with the flowers but on the way home really felt like they weren't very attractive so I called the store. I spoke with the owner who said she had no idea who I was. But in any event, she was very rude, condescending, and really just didn't want to accept any type of feedback or find resolution. Later in the convo she said that when I left the store I was "very happy" which was interesting because a few minutes earlier she said she never met me and didn't know who I was. She told me I could return the flowers but unfortunately, we had a party planned for my grandma and I was out of time. I asked if I could return them the next day. She said no, that I could return them by the end of the day but she told me not to leave them in a hot car if I was going to return them. I asked why it mattered, it's not like they would resell my flowers. She said they most certainly would reuse them. She also told me that it was my fault they had to charge me extra for the vase because I ordered a "bouquet" and a "bouquet" doesn't come with a vase... which is very weird because if you Google bouquet, almost everything is in a vase. I feel like if your specialty is flowers, you should be asking the customers about basic options like a vase, etc. I've purchased a lot of flowers in my time and never had to actively think about what wording to use ‍ So now we're down to reusing my flowers for someone else and semantics. I think that's when I realized that I wasn't going to have a relational discussion about the experience. The picture of the flower .. dare, I say.. I placed an order over the phone for a centerpiece with little to no clear image in my head of what I actually wanted outside of a few color choices. The woman who took my order was kind, patient, and asked all the right questions. When it came time to pick up my order, it was outside of their store hours and they went above and beyond to ensure I got my arrangement and when I saw it I was STUNNED. Disappointed by both the quality and customer service I experienced with my most recent purchase. For our first Valentines day engaged my fiancé ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered from Rosie Posie like many times before, but upon arriving home that evening, my fiancé was very disappointed by the size of the floral arrangement compared to the online picture/description and the price he paid. He decided to let the disappointment go until four days later when my flowers, most not even bloomed yet were all dying or already dead. The flowers were properly cared for however did not even last a week which is unbelieveable. My fiancé contacted customer service via email simply expressing his disappointment. Almost one full month has passed, the email has not been acknowledged and we have not received a response. Safe to say we will never use Rosie Posie again. read more

Horrible! I order from here all the time and on Mother's Day I ordered a WEEK in advance two boutiques of sunflowers with glitter, asking to spend $50 on each (totaling $100). I got there on Mother's Day and both boutiques were not even wrapped in plastic and all of the sunflowers were closed. Owner told me they would open if I watered them. Here I am days later, still all closed even after I watered them and dying!! I had asked for them to replace the flowers and they convinced me they would blossom if I watered them. What a ripoff and horrible workers for them to try to basically steal my $100 because they were too busy to replace my order on Mother's Day even though I placed the order a week prior. Horrible service, I will never go back and I used to use them for everything. What a disappointment. read more

I have been planning my parents surprise 50th wedding anniversary for a few months and the day before the party at 3 pm in the afternoon I remembered I never ordered the boutonnière and the corsages!!! I was trying to order flowers for a funeral and the owner was too busy to talk to me, it took her 5 hours to call me back to only be very rude, unapologetic and uncaring, terrible customer service and the prices were also insane, she wanted to charge me over $1000 for a piece I got for $450 at another local florist. I ordered an arrangement for my Mom over the phone without giving much direction. My Mom arrived home from surgery and 10 feet from the door, she could smell the flowers before even seeing them. I live in California and have been ordering from them for years. Their bouquets are always beautiful. We have a lot of family in that area of NJ. I have never had an issue before now. I called them directly (which I always do) on a Thursday morning to have flowers delivered to my mother in law on Friday (early Mother's Day delivery). They of course had all her info & mine already in the system so it was pretty easy. The reason for the one star review.... my Mother in Law NEVER received her delivery on Friday! I called Saturday morning 7am California time and spoke to a woman who was extremely RUDE to me!!! She said the driver could not find the apartment complex which is on Rt 9 literally down the street from her!!! Mind you they have been delivering to her for years!!! This woman claimed the driver (Peter) called my mother in law 4 times and she never answered and even called me and I didn't answer either!!! My mother in law did receive 4 missed calls but from a out of state area code (347) NO MESSAGES LEFT!!! She thought it was soliciting calls! I did NOT receive ANY call from out of state!!! The woman continued to argue with me that her driver could NOT find the apartment complex and she did not receive a call from the driver until 9:30PM!!! Really!!! Who delivers that late at night?!!! And if he couldn't find it then why not call the florist earlier!! The woman claims he was out delivering around 5pm!! She kept saying their was nothing she could do about it!! When I asked her name she was hesitant and then said, ask for Felicia!! She then hung up!!! What kind of delivery floral business acts this way? I called them back several times and now NO ANSWER!! It's Mother's Day weekend... you know they are there!! They Lie to cover their mistake! It's mother's day weekend I know they are busy but that's their job!!! NO EXCUSES!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional! Called yesterday to confirm they had everything available to make my aunt's bouquet for her funeral. After being put on hold and asked to repeat what I wanted 4 times, they confirmed they had everything available in the store. I placed the order online and then receive a phone message that they can't complete my order until I call them back. I call back and now they tell me the price on the website is incorrect and they have to charge me an additional $35. What business does that to someone who is grieving. I expected the flower order for my aunt to be completed after I process it and then you can't honor what was confirmed online. If you want to blame Teleflora for messing up your website, take it up with them. Do not try to hassle the customer for extra money. Terrible business model. read more

WORST service ever!! they delivered WRONG flower to my mother for a Monther's day, I ordered purple orchids which I paid $110 for, they delivered WHITE orchids , their explanation was that since the shipping address was out of their store area, they use a different flower shop in the area, so it was the OTHER SHOP (their affiliate) and they do not take a responsibility and they HUNG UP on me. They are thieves!!! My friend who lives in California ordered flowers for my brothers funeral a few weeks ago. When the friend called to ask me for a recommendation I gave Rosie,s Posies as the florist. The day of the wake and funeral there were no flowers from our friend. After the funeral I called the friend that evening to inquire if in fact, he ordered flowers from them cause there were not any there. He got so angry. He had ordered the flowers and spoke to the woman about ten minutes and she said White Roses would be appropriate for him to send. She charged him over $90.00 and never sent the flowers at all. If I didn't call and ask him if he sent any they were just taking his money and not sending flowers.Thats stealing. When I called to complain they didn't even offer an excuse why they didn't send the flowers to the funeral. Besides the man who ordered them was so upset that there was nothing to represent him at his best friends funeral. What an outrage. They asked me do you want us to send you a bouquet of flowers? I said no, send him the credit back to his account and call him to apologize to him, they only refunded the fee but no apology call was done!! Never again order from them. read more

Terrible. We used Felicia as our wedding florist. We did not get what we paid for, what she promised us, or what was in our signed contract. We paid for them to decorate the poles of a chuppah for us to get married under. I showed Felicia pictures of what we wanted and she took flowers from her shop and put them together to show me what it would look like. She said all the flowers would intertwine down the poles with fabric, and you wouldn't even see the poles from the front, just beautiful flowers. Well, what we got is an embarrassment. On our wedding day, the venue told Rosie Posies they don't have poles (which I tried to tell them, but they didn't believe me). The venue did have large columns, which were grand and could have worked out so beautifully, but they chose not to decorate them! They barely used any flowers at all.. yet they brought a whole bunch to the venue. And even though they were our flowers that we paid a lot of money for, we never even got to see them. We basically paid Felicia for fabric and a few ugly flowers - that were stuck on the columns randomly, some upside down. I could have spent much less at a craft store and done a much better job. We had to fight with Felicia because she didn't (and still doesn't) think she did anything wrong! She thinks because her staff took longer than usual to set up that it justifies them not following the contract. This is in our wedding photos forever, there's no do-over. What a horrible florist and horrible customer service. If you want to trust your florist and don't want to be misled, find another florist! read more

I was so excited to use this place, and had even referred a customer to them for a wedding. Upon the initial visit I was happy I had chose them. After booking and securing them for my own wedding things changed. The communication was gone. I tried to contact the owner 10 times and on the 11th call she finally responded via a letter saying sorry for the confusion and never a call. A horrible family emergency occurred where I needed to cancel my wedding and she was again non responsive non sympathetic and ignored my calls and certified letters. It became unbearable to deal with I asked my mom to step in. She had the same issues for weeks and then the owner finally answered simply to say we will not even give you a flower basket in place of the money you already invested. I will never refer, use, or anything this business again. I should have learned when the initial person I referred said that her flowers were smaller than discussed and seemed over priced.
