We rode in a six-seater UTV and had some of the best views I've ever seen, including incredible sights of Pikes Peak. Being out there really puts things into perspective. It was sad to see parts of the forest still recovering from a human-caused fire that happened years ago, but it also made the experience more meaningful to witness the resilience of nature firsthand. I had an amazing time--truly one of those experiences you don't forget. I would 100% do this again. Next time, though, I'd probably book it in the summer because it was pretty cold and my feet were frozen . Totally worth it, though! Once dinner was over, we explored the open-air cars, and that alone was worth the trip! We spotted deer along the riverbank, a majestic bald eagle soaring overhead, and even a beaver swimming below. Not only that, but as a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed and confused as I was learning about the home buying process; however, Cindy had the patience of a saint when it came to answering my endless tidal wave of questions day in and day out for months. She artfully advises, never pressures, sharing her experience and expertise, but at the end of the day the decisions rest with you. She is a straight hustler and strategic negotiator when it comes to representing and fighting for your best interests. She will not stop until she has exhausted every possible option/resource to your benefit even at the expense of her own benefit. One of many examples that stand out in my mind, is that I had a small mark on my credit report from 5 years ago from a miscommunication with an old landlord that was dramatically affecting my credit score, so I was trying to get it removed. After multiple rejections, everything felt hopeless, but as a final "hail mary" she coached me and gave me tips on how to approach the landlord directly and I was able to successfully convince the landlord to drop the charge bringing my credit score up from a 720 to 800 saving me tens of thousands of dollars on my mortgage. Waisted 10 min of my time going over everything to not even explain why all of a sudden they couldn't do it right after I asked about delays. Are you not allowed to ask that??? I'm so confused!! At least provide an explanation & why hang up on someone?? I was polite the whole time so it's not like there was any kind of argument. Weirdest most unprofessional encounter. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
