We rode in a six-seater UTV and had some of the best views I've ever seen, including incredible sights of Pikes Peak. Being out there really puts things into perspective. It was sad to see parts of the forest still recovering from a human-caused fire that happened years ago, but it also made the experience more meaningful to witness the resilience of nature firsthand. I had an amazing time--truly one of those experiences you don't forget. I would 100% do this again. Next time, though, I'd probably book it in the summer because it was pretty cold and my feet were frozen . Totally worth it, though! The scenery was worth every penny and worth the drive out to Canon City. She was warm, patient, and extremely helpful in making the modifications we needed. From that first interaction, we felt like we were in good hands. When we arrived, Rainey was thoughtful and accommodating, especially since my wife and I were traveling with her parents, who needed a little extra support and assistance. Her kindness was greatly appreciated. Then we met Susan in the gift shop...an absolute gem. We immediately connected when I mentioned that my late mother's name was also Susan. I asked if she knew the meaning of her name, and she replied, "Lily." That stopped me in my tracks because the book I'm writing about my mother is titled The Lily of the Valley. I promised Susan that when it's finished, I'll send her a copy. In fact, our conversation inspired me to sit down and write while we waited to board the dome train. Once aboard, Thomas, our server, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, informative, personable, and made us feel less like customers and more like family. His service added so much to an already memorable ride. The scenery is spectacular, but what really made this experience special were the people. She knows her stuff better than any other realtor I interviewed, and if she doesn't know something she will find an answer for you faster than your highest expectations. Not only that, but as a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed and confused as I was learning about the home buying process; however, Cindy had the patience of a saint when it came to answering my endless tidal wave of questions day in and day out for months. She artfully advises, never pressures, sharing her experience and expertise, but at the end of the day the decisions rest with you. She is a straight hustler and strategic negotiator when it comes to representing and fighting for your best interests. She will not stop until she has exhausted every possible option/resource to your benefit even at the expense of her own benefit. One of many examples that stand out in my mind, is that I had a small mark on my credit report from 5 years ago from a miscommunication with an old landlord that was dramatically affecting my credit score, so I was trying to get it removed. After multiple rejections, everything felt hopeless, but as a final "hail mary" she coached me and gave me tips on how to approach the landlord directly and I was able to successfully convince the landlord to drop the charge bringing my credit score up from a 720 to 800 saving me tens of thousands of dollars on my mortgage. I 100% know I would not have been able to do it without her advice. This is really just a small sliver of everything that she did. I wouldn't trust family and friends to work with anyone else. I asked why cause all I asked was what happens for delayed flights & he just responds again sorry we can't help you & hung up on me!!! Waisted 10 min of my time going over everything to not even explain why all of a sudden they couldn't do it right after I asked about delays. Are you not allowed to ask that??? I'm so confused!! At least provide an explanation & why hang up on someone?? I was polite the whole time so it's not like there was any kind of argument. Weirdest most unprofessional encounter. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
