Our German branch sent us some PDFs to translate from German to English and no one was able to give us the passwords. All of the translation services I approached wanted to charge me for a full publishing service, to completely recreate the brochures in English along with artwork etc, even though I told them I wouldn't be printing them and just needed to know what they said. The Rosetta team were the only ones who understood that I just needed the basic translation for my project and despite charging for the basic translation, the Rosetta team made an effort of formatting the translated document to look as similar as possible to the originals, which has made comparison much easier.
