He was contacted IMMEDIATELY and was promptly shown many different options that were definitely tailored to his taste. Sadly his business venture fell through and he never relocated to the area. Because of their personal touch, when I relocated, I asked on a whim if they also assisted in finding homes to lease. I was immediately sent MANY MANY options (WAY more than I anticipated!!). The agents here are VERY personable and I will continue to call on them and to refer them....even if you are looking outside of S Florida, they have many relationships in other states as well! You can't go wrong!

She made the difficult task of selling a home from out of state east and painless-- from staging to listing to pricing, it was one quick call or email and the task was done. The house sold exactly as predicted, a double remote closing went off without a hitch, thanks to Damara and Mangrove. I can't say enough good things about her!

Well sure enough when I called 4 days after the due date, it was not paid. Who didn't see that coming. But they are very nice people. Later I found out that they never received the bill, so maybe the blame might needs to lay on the utility company. But the process seams convoluted to me, I think they have great intentions but something did not go right. You know even the best people make mistakes, we are all human and they are some of the nicest humans I know.

Jeremy and his team are an absolute godsend!…read more As a fairly new and fairly young widow, I decided to uproot everything I've known for the past 20 years and move from Silicon Valley to the sunny Boca Raton area. I found Jeremy as I was looking for potential new rentals on the internet. The company website is amazing and has so many listings that I was pretty certain I would be able to find something fantastic in my price range. Seriously, their website gave me hope! After speaking with Jeremy on the phone, he put together a full day of places to show me when I made a short trip out there. He nailed it! Not only did I secure an amazing property that exceeded my expectations, Jeremy somehow managed to find a private rental in a complex that has it's own dock! As soon as I saw it, I knew it was my next home! Jeremy talked me through the entire process, let me know exactly what was needed by when, and was amazing at staying in contact with me when I was back in California and preparing for my move. Moving is such a stressful ordeal and he absolutely made the entire process easier. There have been many, many little fires that I've had to put out, but Jeremy went above and beyond when he took delivery of my car that got to my new home days before I did! I'm so increibly grateful that I found Jeremy and Mizner Residential Realty! And I'm super picky about who I work with. I think he had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but exceeded every expectation I had by picking this property for me! Thank you!
