I sent Samantha the credit authorization numbers and I explained how her decision to pull my credit five times negatively impacts my credit. I requested that she remove the requests and she flat-out refused. She additionally wrote the following: "I would be shocked to learn that a mortgage company pulling your credit has severely impacted you or cost you thousands of dollars. This happens often with clients who freeze their credit. Credit bureaus expect this and expect you to shop for a mortgage so having a mortgage company pull your credit within a 30 day window should not have negatively impacted you." If you are looking at applying for a mortgage through Samantha, please beware that her behavior can really impact your future.
