We were extremely disappointed with Alexandru Patrichi's work. We hired him in July 2018 to…read more"regularise" a renovation project in Etterbeek. He sold himself as someone with a lot of experience but in fact has very little experience, as we soon found out. He firstly drew out plans but never correctly explained what his solution was for the most difficult part of the plan. He did not come to check dimensions and drew the plans based on old plans. During the time we were waiting for our paperwork to come through, we asked him to check some things with the Commune. He pretended he had done so but it was clear he had not when I rang the Commune myself. He subsequently represented us in a Commune hearing in Etterbeek and performed extremely poorly. He articulated our case very unprofessionally, fumbled, mumbled and blatantly lied to the Commune. Participants actually had trouble understanding what he was saying. The same day as the Commune hearing he came back to us to tell us that he had indeed lied to the Commune and gotten some dimensions wrong. Over the following two weeks, he sent us contradictory and extremely unprofessional communication. It soon became apparent that Alexandru Patrichi was not working for us, but against us, and all he cared about was to cover himself.
