He lost one house for us and refused to reveal 'private communications' as to why. I gave him only 1 stars for 2 reasons: He has no attention to detail. every document related to the purchase had some error that we had to catch and request he correct. (Ie he had us make out the earnest money check to the wrong title co) As soon as we signed on the dotted line he was gone. He didn't even return to give us keys to the house as required in WA, but instead hid them in the back yard and told us to get them when the title co notified us the recording was finished. We haven't heard from him again. If you want a realtor who will unlock doors and then disappear and leave you to sort out any problems related to purchase and closing this is your man. If you want someone to monitor the sale/closing to be sure everything is correct; find someone else
