I've always had a good time at Rose ou Bleu. I think of it as a slightly higher end compliment to Babies R Us and Walmart. They carry brands you might not find elsewhere, like stokke, and the full line of Aden and anais, including sleep sacks and adorable onesies. The staff are friendly and helpful, but not pushy. The location is a bit out of the way for most people, so although they do registries I wouldn't recommend doing so for most people unless you and most of your friends and family live right nearby. There's lots of parking in a parking lots which is most welcome, since most baby stuff is BIG. read more

The only reason I give this 2 stars and not 1 is that they have a decent selection. Staff was of little help to set up a baby shower list. They don't have bar code scanners so you have to physically bring everything you want on your list to the cash register. But the big one is shipping costs, simple outrageous shipping costs. For that reason alone I would go elsewhere. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Charlotte After receiving my ID it was your decision to not accept it, even though you received it within 4 days of your request. In Delphine's email it did not say to provide the ID within 4 days or not, no one bothered to call or follow up. But when you reject my ID even after receiving it (and you made the decision to reject my ID) and make me, your potential customer call several times after to figure out why it is unacceptable. Also, I don't appreciate being lied to. First I'm told by Delphine my email name does not match my order name, which is a ridiculous answer. Then, I'm told it was Moneris decision, but it was yours, not Moneris. Then finally, after I call and email several times, then you and Delphine say it is because of fraud protection. Finally, the truth. It is your decision to lose my business so that is what you did, and you have every right to do so, but it is not a pleasant experience to real customers who have a bonafide purchase to make. If you cannot accept online orders then you should change your website and take more care to set your expectations. There are many businesses nowadays that can do online purchases easily. All it would have taken was your store's care to follow up with a phone call and not treat me like a criminal after receiving my ID and several phone calls and emails to find out why my ID is rejected. Prices are quite high, but most important, after-sales service is non-existant. If you purchase something and it becomes defective or broken, then it's your problem, they won't help you. read more

I am very frustrated with these guys. Today I had a very bitter experience. In their website there was a listed price - in the section - on sale!!! In the store - different price! When We asked the first person told Us that there is a mistake in the website! Anyways we kept shopping and when it was time to pay I asked again - how about the difference? Then the next girl on the cash gave Us such an attitude. I'm trying to be polite. It was explained in their policy that the prices listed in the website can be different! How she doesn't appreciate that i am upset. No attempt to deal with the customer(me), in the usual way. First - a listed price is a listed price, especially in the "sale" section! Second - if You don't follow your price list, and sell on a more expensive list - to me this is a pure fraud. Third - when You lie to your customers - You lose them! Good luck to you read more

Although the prices can be a little steep, the quality of selection and service is great. We've gone in to get tutorials on larger purchases like strollers, bassinets and baby carriers. It's not necessarily the place to buy smaller goods, which can likely be found for better prices elsewhere. I've only shopped in person, but each time the staff has been incredibly helpful, and given wonderful advice on products. I also have never felt like they were selling the most expensive options, which I think is the mark of a great store. Note: you can find better options and pricing on breast pumps and supplies elsewhere though. read more

HORRIBLE staff, the boss 'Nicole' is very mean and confrontational! she was very rude and disrespectful, also impolite and out-of-line. She yelled at me about my premature baby. The employees are not friendly, they don't say hi or smile. I highly recommend not wasting your time there. read more

Beautiful store, great variety of products. Not the best prices, even on sale. HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I noticed a big mistake on my order, the manager Clémentine fixed my problem, but she didn't want to admit they were wrong. Ok, fine... I proceeded to ask their very helpful employee Audrey for advice regarding certain products. I has made it clear that I was a new mom who knew nothing about babies, and wanted to open up a baby registry there. After an hour of going through specific products, Clémentine came to see me and asked me if I was done with Audrey because it had been an hour and she needed her at the cash. As if I was bothering her! Keep it mind this was a Wednesday at 4pm. I looked around and saw a 1 client being served and another one waiting. Maybe she really did need her, but it's the way she said it... I felt unwelcome and unappreciated. Is this how you treat your customers? I was willing to open up a registry there even though many relatives and friends of mine live far away from this place, but after being treated as such, I decided to open up my registry somewhere else. It's too bad they lost thousands of dollars worth or sales because of their bad service and their condescending attitude. read more
