This review is about the initial phone call and rejection process. I contacted this office and left a message. The paralegal called me back within 5 minutes and spoke with me politely, professionally, and emailed me a form to fill out while we were still on the phone. They do get some general information about the problem to see if they can take the case. In my situation, they emailed me (within 15 minutes) a very polite rejection letter with multiple resources of how to find other attorneys. I believe that just like healthcare specialists, each lawyer may specialize in a different area and may not take on every case, which I believe happened in my situation. They seem to focus on workplace related issues and my situation was not about the workplace, but about a business scamming customers. read more

I had contacted this Law Office regarding an issue I was having with my employer. I don't normally write negative reviews, but felt compelled to in this case. There are polite, professional ways to decline service to someone, and then there's the response to my inquiry I received in return from Rose Law, which was basically a giant middle finger. I politely responded back asking if there was anyone they could refer me to and I never heard back from them. After looking into this Law Office more, I discovered that there are strong biases held by this office, and again, even if you disagree with someone, there are polite, professional ways communicate with people.
