New owners now for a few years. The new digs look nice. Not sure when it was updated. The business has exchanged hands a few times since my last/ first review. The interior has been updated to put a nicer serving window & partition between walk-ins and their kitchen. Pizza is just pizza. They have a daily special on slices which is something like $7-8 a slice and may or may not come with a soda. Previously they offered a $6 jumbo slice with soda whereas now they want a Google review for that special price. The sign they keep inside with this advert is confusing. How can you write a review before trying their pizza? The daily slices are pan style and bready. A few bites in and I'm bored. Sauce is okay but cheese is plastic. If you have a hunger to fill, it will do it. Based on photos thin crust looks best. read more

A little bait & switch going on. I went in for a "Jumbo slice & soda" for $6 per the sign in their window. I was rung up for $8.41 and I asked why. I was told $6 is for cheese only now. I told them they should state that on the sign. I could have gone to Jet's and gotten their two slice combo (any kind) with drink for $8!! Disappointed. read more

Maybe there's a difference from location to location, or the chain itself has deteriorated. I'm bummed I spent $30 for something that wasn't up to the requested standards. 1. I requested well-baked. That did NOT happen. 2. I requested pie-cut. That did NOT happen. To the staff person's credit, he admitted someone did not review the "Special Instructions" whatsoever. He did offer to make a new pizza, but I dislike wasting food. When I asked how can I ensure my "Special Instructions," which is a customer-input field on their website, are carried out, he responded "Call him to make sure." To me, that means their training and/or system is insufficient if a phone call on top of an online order submission is required. If I were not walking in the area, and saw the advertisement for slices on the window, I would not have dropped in. Probably would have went to Subway and got a sub of the day instead, or maybe even a pizza from there. Rosati's is hidden in this area, so if you are not literally walking in this sector or have eyes like a hawk while driving you will miss it! The slices here are huge and one slice might do you in, plus it only costs $4.00. I write "do you in" because I'm sitting here struggling to finish half of my second slice. Definitely no complaints from me of anything because this place made my belly happy. read more

I grew up with Rosatti's from other locations and always thought it was the best chain in the Chicago area. So I was happy to see there was a location in Lincolnwood by my new place. Well, it's total garbage. I've ordered from there 4 different times and won't be doing so again. EVERY time, the pizza has been under-cooked. I've specifically requested it to be well done/crispy, and each time they say "okay no problem", then each and every time it is a soggy, floppy pizza that I received. The wings are also garbage too... The "jumbo" wings looks like something from the freezer section at the dollar store. Mostly just bone. And they are undercooked, and the buffalo sauce seemed to be watered down. Thin, liquid, and literally just pooled on the bottom of the container and wouldn't stick to the wings. On top of the sub-par food, the service is crap. Every person I've interacted with when I pick up my orders there has been unfriendly, they don't greet you in any way and none of them seem to know what they are doing from the front of house to the back. They are always scrambling and confused. Clearly the ownership at this location does not care about quality food or being friendly to their customers, unfortunately. They actively act like they are bothered by you ordering food. read more

I ordered the Meal Deal #1 plus a large thin crust cheese pizza for delivery tonight. Totally disappointed in the XL pepperoni and mush room pizza. Really...after spending $44 on 2 pizzas you can't even bother to have the cheese even close to the crust. What a RIP off. Let's not be so cheap with the cheese on your pizzas Rosatis. Horrible experience. Food late by an hour. No apology. No discount. No coupon offer for next visit. Just a lame and uninspired "we're doing our best." I even did pick up, which was supposed to be contactless curbside. After the long delay, the pizzas were undercooked and one was made incorrectly. Avoid this location! Ordering a party size 18' XL pizza for a house thats not hosting a party is awesome. The classic combo specialty pizza is a good way to go. Pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions, green peppers..how can you go wrong? And theyre not shy when it comes to the ingredients. They really pack it in. Theres nothing better than a fresh pizza. Other than leftover pizza! Its as good the next day as it was the night before it. Well at least with the aid of a dependable toaster oven that is. Edit/Update: Ive just had the Panzerotti and this thing is money! I could think of something to put in the picture for size comparison that would give you a proper idea. So I did one better. I had my tailors tape handy and its about a foot wide and 6 inches long! For $5.50 + .75 per additional ingredient that aint bad at all..if I do say so myself. I would take that over a pizza puff or a calzone any day of the week. If anything, stop in and try one of these suckers. read more

Usually it's fresh and I enjoy it but it was hard to chew it was hardly any mozzarella hardly any sauce on it and I had to throw most of it out, and the pop was flat. About a month or so ago I ordered a calzone and it was pretty bad also and not fresh. I won't be returning. read more

I ordered a 14" Chicago style deep dish pizza with added Italian sausage. It was my first time ordering at this place. The waiting time was 55 minutes which was pretty long, but I can't complain since they probably have more orders because of the holiday season. The staff was friendly and respectful, but the pizza itself was not to my liking. The tomato sauce was too tart and watery, it was a little salty, and there was not enough Italian sausage. Lou Malnati's deep dish suits my taste better, but I wanted to save money so I tried Rosati's. Probably wouldn't order from here again. It was just ok. read more

Man this place isn't how I remembered it when I was a kid. The pizza is cold and stale. Garlic bread and cheese bread are made on stale bread as well. Their mozzarella sticks are pretty much the same, as is their combos. While I wouldn't recommend getting their pizza, their puffs and cheese sticks are probably the best thing on the menu! read more

Answering the phone twice to take delivery orders while I stand there. Seems like they need to learn how to prioritize or teach their employees to use the hold button. This was a Grub Hub order so they have some responsibility for this review. The delivery time changed 3 times while I waited getting later each time. When the delivery man showed up he put several cans of cold soda on top of the pizza, crushing the box and much of the topping was stuck to the box. As far as the pizza goes, it was not good at all. There was an odd taste that made it inedible. I ate one piece and threw the rest out. $30.00 wasted. There is a Rosati's closer to my home that was unfortunately closed and their pizza was never bad like this. Not the best but at least it tasted like pizza. It is maybe not the greatest pizza on earth, but to me it is "comfort" pizza because it reminds me of the kind of pizza I had as a kid. We would have a babysitter on a Saturday night, when the folks would go out.. We'd get to stay up till midnight to watch Shock Theater on TV, eat a big old greasy cheesy pizza and wash it down with RC cola. Nothing fancy, but oh so much fun. I had my sons 2nd birthday party the other day and decided to order the catering special which included Beef, Chicken, Mostaccoli & ColeSlaw with everything you need to go along with these items from the condiments to plates & napkins. I'm a door dash delivery driver and I can tell you that this is the absolute worst ran restaurant I've ever been to. The person behind the counter asked me numerous times to cancel the customer's order because "we have too many orders". There is absolutely no team work in the kitchen. Everyone walks around confused. I will not be returning here as a customer or as a delivery driver. I have no idea how this place is still in business. read more

Pizza was not to bad, crust was pretty legit actually. I live a block away and we thought it was worth a shot to try something so close that I could just walk over to and pick up in 20 min. However, for nearly $25 bucks my wife and I should not be able to finish a large thin crust pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper pizza and still be hungry. At this price point I can't justify going back. I could get a large stuffed Giordanos for the same price and have left overs for another day. Unfortunately won't be coming back. read more

I work around the corner from this place so we generally go here often for pizza by the slice which is a gear deal and the pizzas always delicious. However, today my heartburn was acting up something fierce so I decided I'd go for something easy, cheese tortellini with sauce on the side. Easy, right? Wrong. They informed me that the pasta is pre made with the sauce so you can't have it without. Really? You don't cook the pasta fresh and toss it with the sauce. Well I normally always order here when i work & I normally have a pizza & chicken salad, well this time i decided to try a slice of pizza instead of the norm large pizza, well the slice was absolutely terrible, the dough was so thick their wasnt enough sauce, or cheese, barely any sausage, & they over cooked it, so i was very brown, & hard. I must admitt i was very dissapointed, the salad was good, although they could have added some more chicken, but i cant believe how gross the slice of pizza was. This needs to be improved. And the decor is absolutely terrible & they should try to clean that place up. read more

I had a long day and wanted a Friday night in to veg and eat junk food so I ordered the fried veggies and an order of spicy wings. When I got home I thought they forgot the wings but low and behold I found em at the bottom of the bag wrapped in foil. At first I was a little turned off because it looked small but when I opened it up there were 8 whole wings and when I tasted them they were delicious! I wanted to save some for lunch the next day but they were so good I ate them all. The portions of the fried veggies was very generous as well and pouring out of the package they were in. Pretty damn good. Not gourmet, but good. Rosati's is one of my go to late night deliveries. They deliver late and they are reasonably priced. I usually get the combo platter, which changed based on which location you order from. I had an Italian Beef the other night and it was amazing. It was dipped, cooked to perfection and was loaded with cheese. Give em a shot, I think you will be impressed. read more
