We booked our hotel looking at the reviews IN Trip Advisor. We really wanted to give this hotel rave reviews as it was clean and had super nice staff. Our problem arose at night when we were trying to sleep . The Friday we were there we could hear the tv and talking from the other rooms. The rest of the night ,all night in to the morning we could hear the staff opening and shutting doors. They would clamor shut making a loud noise throughout the hotel. The staff would go to the outer building turning on the outside light facing the back rooms illuminating our entire room. They would do this several times a night. We would definitely recommend a different hotel, and if your looking to tour London one more central to the city. The breakfast was quaint but the same thing every day, ham slices, cheese slices, toast ,coffee ,store bought pastry and cereal. read more
