Such a fun spot for a bachelorette celebration with the girls! The pink aesthetic is everywhere and makes it feel extra special, plus there's a great variety of drinks and food to choose from. There are tons of photo-worthy moments throughout, which we loved. They even offered to have a photographer take a group picture--he didn't end up coming back, but it was still a thoughtful touch. The food was really good overall. The chips and salsa tasted fresh and a bit lighter/healthier, which I appreciated. Born and raised in Las Vegas and eat at different restaurants on the strip at least 3 times a month. I have never felt I need to write about a restaurant, but this is the first and last time I will ever visit this establishment. For starters we had a reservation for 10:45 am and were finally seated around 11. Once we were seated we sat there for 15 min before we were even approached by our server (mind you the restaurant was 30% full). Finally after 20 min we were at least able to order guacamole and drinks. Once the guacamole came, we waited another 10 minutes for chips, so we could eat it. Without sitting here and writing a novel, it took two hours to eat lunch, mostly waiting on the food and check (which most of us waisted the food) The food and Prices were absolutely horrible. Not to mention the service was the worst I have ever received in my 47 years of living in this city. To make it even better they charged us 20% gratuity (for horrible service) because we had a party of 10 which included four children. The service, food quality and prices were absolutely not worth visiting this place which I refuse to call an actual restaurant. Roberto's taco shop is more qualified to be a restaurant with better service and food quality (sorry Roberto's for comparing you to them). If you visit Vegas or if you're a local (which they give us 25% off and it's still not worth it), cross this place off your list and save your money. read more

That said, the food was just okay. Some dishes looked great but didn't quite deliver on flavor, and overall it felt a bit overpriced for the quality. The service was noticeably slow, all evening long especially for water no matter how many times we asked which took away from the experience. The ambiance and overall feel of the restaurant is cool with the pink lights. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. I got the steak and seafood enchiladas and they were just two small enchiladas with toppings piled on top, to give off that I received more than I did. For the price I definitely expected more. Rosa Mexicano is a casual but modern Mexican restaurant inside the Miracle Mile mall. The decor is bright and festive. The restaurant is massive inside with a ton of seats. There's also an outdoor patio area. The menu consists of typical Mexican food options including burritos, tacos, salads, fajitas, and plates. The portions were decent sized. Our food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the free chips and salsa but also opted to get the table-side guacamole in which one of the cooks freshly makes the guacamole in front of you! Their prices are a little more expensive but I guess you pay for the "Strip" ambiance. Our server was friendly, prompt, and professional. She checked in periodically and was great able refilling our waters and drinks. The reason I could not give it 5 stars was the hostess was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes to be seated and my friend had to go get her. The hostess seemed annoyed having to help us and it appears other customers have had the same experience. I love the atmosphere here, although for breakfast the music could be softened a bit. That's my headache talking! There was only one server so she was a bit overwhelmed, but was nice and helpful. The menu is fairly limited but I found a tres leches French toast that sounded interesting and I also got a side of bacon. Food arrived quickly and once I tried the French toast I realized it was not my favorite. I didn't realize there would be milk on the plate which the French toast sat in and got all soggy. Enjoyed my birthday dinner at Rosa Mexicano. It's located in Miracle Mile on the strip. We started with chicken nachos which were incredible! We also had their pink chips and salsa. For our mains we had the duck enchiladas, which were just ok. The shrimp quesadillas which were awesome. The fish tacos and plantains, which were good. To drink I had a pomegranate margarita with a sugar rim. So good! They gave me a birthday churros and a cute sombrero to wear for my birthday dessert. They were busy and service was good. One area I don't like is parking. It's $25 to just go to dinner. They should validate or discount a portion of it if you eat there. Otherwise, I enjoyed the visit. We went on New Year's Eve -- it was super crowded, but the energy and vibe were great. We ordered fajitas, bean empanadas, street corn, fish tacos, and guacamole -- all tasted delicious and fresh. My husband went to the inside entrance and called me over because he said no one was waiting however once we spoke to the greeter she told us it was reservations only so we went back outside were you walk up and were seated. Or was our turn and the outdoor lady kept looking for one of the many tables so I said let's make it easy and we can sit at the bar. We get to the bar and waited. And waited and waited. When he came to talk to the ladies next to us for the third time I asked if we could get a menu. He finally as back after I waved him down and we order a cucumber cooler, guacamole and a jack and coke. The guacamole came with a mild salsa and chips. It was fresh and delicious. I wanted to try a margarita and my husband was going to get a steak fajita but the bartender never came back. Again he came and got the ladies next to us another modelo, then they wanted a modelo to go he made conversation and brought them over some type of shot. How do I know because I was making eye contact so he could see if we wanted anything else. It never happened. I finally waved him over and asked for the bill and my husband asked for a container for the remaining guacamole (because it was a nice size) The bill was $89!! Clearly something was wrong I asked for a print out and then he comes from the back stating he made a mistake. Yeah like $56 dollars. I told Victor he was the worst server/bartender I have ever encountered. I asked him why did you go out your way not to engage with us like you did the people next to us and at the end of the counter. He had no answer. He did acknowledge the error and comped the guacamole but I will never go back. Stating this is the tip screen it's up to you. Please!!! This is the first time I haven't tipped since I was an adult. Even if service is bad I leave $5 But you are kit going to disrespect me with bad service and think I'm tipping. read more

Appetizers- queso and steak nachos both were okay , not enough chips for queso and the server never came to check and steak was very chewy for nachos. Chicken fajitas for entree this comes out in a cool lava rock and it wasn't pretty good. Price point isn't terrible. Restaurant is so cute all pink , fun jungle vibe. Firstly, pink is my favorite color so whenever I see pink I have to look. This whole restaurant is pink and beautiful. I have had it on my list to check out and when I finally did I was left disappointed from the customer service. Rosa Mexicano offers daiquiri flavors I have never seen before such as Guava, Blood Orange, Lime, and Pomegranate and I love a good tart tropical drink. My family and I stopped by excited to try some flavors. A worker who I believe was named Rochelle, based on her necklace, was at the counter. She looked like she hated her job. No greeting, no smile, no nothing. We asked her if we could try the flavors and she aggressively pulls down the handles to pour the drinks in the sampling cups. She barely puts in my brother's cup and he told her and she just stared at him. Awkward as hell. Didn't pour him anymore, just stared. Then we finally placed our orders and I asked her how long has the restaurant been open and my fiancé assumed it was about two years. "Rochelle" looks at him with disgust and rolls her eyes, walks away and says "since last year". I ordered two Mexican candy shots and she only rang up one. Honestly, her customer service was so bad that if my drink wasn't as good as it was, I probably wouldn't go back. Saturday night in Vegas I can imagine the people are rowdy and annoying. However, this was our first drink of the night. If you hate your job then quit because you can ruin someone's whole vibe and reputation of the restaurant with a shitty attitude. So I came here by waiting for a friend to get off of work. It's very good for happy hour, so just keep that in mind. They have an outside in an inside so depending on whether you can do either. I sat on the outside but the sun was really kind of beating me up so I was trying to move to the inside or at least in the shade. But the outside is basically a patio to the Las Vegas strip. So you have a really good view of people watching if that's what you're going for, really good view. The inside is very pink but it's very beautiful. I would say. It's super spacious, they have several areas to sit at. The bar itself is humongous. So even if you just want to sit at the bar, you'd have no issues. From the outside. You can enter from the strip, from the inside you can enter from the mall. So they're options. I came for happy hour and a happy hour menu. I only really had drinks but it is a good bargain for your buck. You can see the pictures that I took of them attached to this so you can see what you would get. But overall, it was pretty good and I would actually go back next time for food. I only went for drinks the first time I went LOL. read more

We were quickly seated by our sweet angel, and our waters arrived. This was a great start to our experience! Our waitress was dressed in neon 80s and was just Wonderful! In addition we had fresh made guacamole tableside just to our liking with peppers on the side served with warm pink tortilla chips - great touch! Not sure but once he asked they took us to the table. The waitress was very nice and approachable unlike the hostess. We ordered the steak tacos and the beef enchiladas. My boyfriend said the steak tacos were very tough and the meat wasn't very good. For $30 for 3 tacos it was quite disappointing. My enchiladas were decent, meat seemed better quality than the tacos but still not worth the expensive price tag. The prices are similar to Javier's in Aria but the food quality is far less here than at Javier's. My friend and I were looking for somewhere for breakfast on our last day in Las Vegas and we saw the bottomless mimosas sign. There was outdoor seating and we sat at the bar so that we can people watch. I have some food allergies and it makes for eating out and traveling very interesting. I had made a card with all of them listed on it for our bartender to share with the chef. To our excitement, I was able to eat most things on the menu! We received our guacamole before anything and just sat there looking at it, then when we asked for chips and salsa the waiter was so rude and said ya it's coming. Chicken was burnt and charred. I was honestly over meat at this point in Vegas but here we trekked hahaha. I was trying to get seafood but my friends wanted to come here. Service was fine. Server was around when we needed her and that was about it haha. Food was fine. We all got chips and salsa when we sat down. My friend ordered a queso with bit of cactus and chorizo on the side since we both couldn't have pork, for the table. The queso was really good. I basically ate that whole thing hahaha. My Baja fish tacos were decent. The tortilla fell apart so I ended up just eating the fish towards the end. I will say though, this place is cute as hell. Aesthetically very pleasing. read more
