She was so sweet. Ive talked to her on several other occasions and she is always this way. Today was my first time speaking with Ms. Elouise. She was wonderful. I was crying, panicked, in a lot of pain and running on adrenaline when I talked to her. By the end of what was about an 8 minute conversation she had me calmed down. She was very patient and sweet as well. Mandi is another employee, I didn't speak to her concerning my wreck today but have talked to in the past, who is amazing at her job and just as kind as she can be. I definitely recommend this company. I've been with them over 10 years and they are amazing. (If I misspelled any names please feel free to correct me!)
