My title search started after the new 2026 numbers were available per the county yet they used the 2025 numbers which resulted in me having to pay more than I should have and the owner paid less than he should. I asked for some sort of credit back but heard back a few days later stating that there was nothing they can do. The numbers were not validated when they could have been and the impact for not doing so only negatively impacted me, the customer who paid them for their service. A very disappointing experience.
