Everything is now working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. They're wee upfront and honest.

I had 2 people come out and I wanted to get one more opinion because the other 2 were confusing. When I explained my situation, he started asking me questions about the quotes. Not being and expert, I didn't have answers to his questions. He asked why they were recommending the equipment that they were. I explained that they indicated that I needed to replace the entire system as well as the A/C condensers because of the new federal requirements. He told me that they were selling me a bridge that I would never use. He also used the "F" word to me. He indicated that he was familiar with many of the houses in my neighborhood. I explained that is why I called him. When I asked him to come out to check it, he rudely said, "Good luck to you." and hung up on me. He was incredibly abrupt and at times abusive on the phone. I will never recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience with Soares Plumbing & HVAC Services and wanted to give a shoutout to…read moreJohn, who went above and beyond. I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend.
