The staff was very friendly, and while some local businesses were raising their prices to take advantage of the eclipse tourists, Fuller's not only kept their prices the same, but also offered samples of their different grades of maples syrup, two flavors of their infused maple syrup (the vanilla was incredible and had a whole vanilla bean pod in the bottle), their maple cream (I bought a jar), and their maple sugar candy (I bought some of that too). We were very pleasantly impressed with the food, friendly staff and the interior of the restaurant. The menu was creative and had some traditional offerings with a twist of something different. The staff was great and everything we ordered came out of the kitchen quickly. The disappointment came at the end of the meal and how we ended up setting our bill. They do not accept electronic payments which was made clear when we entered the pub, cash and check only with an available ATM. Not ideal but we enjoyed the meal and I opted to use their ATM. Some restaurants still operate this way which is fine. However, their ATM only allowed for a max withdrawal of $100 per transaction which is very unusual. To settle our $90 tab, I needed to process two separate transactions, each costing us $3.95 per transaction. An expensive lesson and a very disappointing end to a nice lunch.

It's also at a great price as well. The staff here are friendly, hard working, and professional. Once it was 9 items that rang up wrong apparently due to computer problems, and I had to go to the courtesy desk to get it straightened out. Again today a coupon did not ring in. I only buy sale items there or items they have good coupons on. I now also check when it is rung up, and I can't help wonder how many people get screwed because they don't check their receipts.

I handed her my ID, which was in my hand, as I'm 24, and she said "and her ID" and pointed to my friend getting a coffee from Dunkin Donuts. My friend is also over 21 but out of principal I left all the things I was going to buy and my beer at the front. She did not need to be so aggressive and make me feel like I did something wrong, when I absolutely did not. Plus what is that rule for? The person she was referring to is just on my survey crew with me. We were in separate cars going separate places but saw each other in the store and talked for a minute. Why does my having a beer affect her at all? AND when I called and politely asked for the manager I got hung up on. I'd never go here again.
