Finally ordered our boys furniture! We spent a lot of time looking around for the stuff we wanted for our boys rooms. Rooms to go had a nice selection. Yeah it is not highest end but it looks good and our boys liked it. It is good stuff for the price. There is a lot to look at and the people were pleasant. Not pushy and not always hovering. In the end we got two beds and a dresser for a reasonable price. The issue was actually getting the stuff. It took weeks to get it all... what a mess covid has made everything! But it is here finally, the stuff looks good, delivery went well... accept the dresser is damaged and they are getting us a new one... life!

I ordered over $3,000 worth of furniture from this store two and a half months ago. Today (June 2nd) was the delivery date they gave us. Not ideal, but I was ok with that. Today, on the date of delivery, I find out that the 2 chairs I ordered have been discontinued, and are no longer part of my order. My wife had called 2 weeks ago to confirm the order and delivery date and everything was "on track." I followed the link they sent me last week and confirmed that all of the items were scheduled for delivery June 2nd. I had my old furniture picked up by a charitable organization last night. I took the day off work today to be home for the delivery. I called the toll free "service" number and waited on hold for half an hour before giving up. I called the store directly, and after getting a busy signal several times (I'm not kidding. BUSY. In 2021) I finally got through to someone. When I asked why the chairs were no longer part of my order, I was told they were discontinued and no longer available. I explained to the "service" rep that we already had our old furniture picked up, based on their confirmation of our delivery, and that my wife's elderly parents were on the way to visit for the weekend. Kind of hard to ask the in-laws to sit on the floor. I asked for help finding different chairs that could be delivered by Friday. Instead offering to help me locate replacements, I was told I could look at their website to find something that could be delivered, or they could refund that portion of the money - which they have had in-full since March. Now I don't know if you've ever visited the RTG website, but it's not exactly the most robust search platform. After an hour of adding and removing many different chairs to my shopping cart, just so I could see the delivery date, I finally found chairs that were acceptable to my wife and I, and indicated they could be delivered by Friday. I called back the "service" rep, told her I had found replacements and wanted her to confirm that they were available, and that they could be delivered by Friday. I gave her the sku number and waited while she looked them up. She came back on the line and said, "Those are the ones for $429.99 each, right?" No. No they are not. I told her I was looking at the chairs on the website and they are listed at $379.99 each. She told me she would have to contact someone from corporate to see if she could sell them for that price (I swear I'm not making this up). I reminded her that I would need delivery by Friday and she said she would call me right back with confirmation. That was 5 HOURS AGO. I still haven't heard anything. In the meantime, the truck showed up with our partial order. Sofa was fine. Lamps were fine. All three tables were damaged. The tables feature a tile inset on top. The grout in that section was crumbling and falling apart. See photos attached. So, while Rooms To Go still has all of the purchase price for this 2 and a half month old order, I have less than half of my items, and no indication of how they plan to resolve this issue. Anyone from RTG reading this? I'd love to hear from you.

The store was pretty clean, and there was a lot of stuff that were perfect for us. Including beds.There team members knew where everything was and were really helpful. To be honest, nothing's too expensive! The only problem was that this was to far from us. But actually, that's no problem!

My girlfriend and I recently got a couch from here, and we are really happy about our purchase. Chris in particular was fantastic. He greeted us right as we walked in and let us know about the sale they were currently running. After we found the couch we wanted he did a great job of helping us out with financing, and was very personable. I highly recommend this location and Chris especially.

I was promptly greeted by a sales representative when I entered Rooms To Go. The representative was friendly and eager to assist me. I was asked what I was looking for and our search began. We found an item that would have worked, but I had yet to check another source. Even after I told my sales representative what I was doing, she continued to assist me by providing information and specifications. The store is very well appointed and arranged for viewing staged rooms of home furnishings. This is a very large display store! It's very likely that they have almost anything you need at a very competitive price!! UPDATE:: 05/30/2019 Still waiting for a response from RTG about replacing defective chair for second time. I was informed that their vendor is responsible for the chair, not RTG even though RTG sold it to me! I asked what happens if the vendor doesn't ever respond and was told that only the vendor can take care of the problem and that I have to wait on the vendor to do such! The representatives are friendly and eager to assist, and the showroom looks very good. Unfortunately the store, delivery, and customer service are all vastly different! I received my order of three rooms of furniture and more than half of the pieces were damaged, destroyed, or otherwise defective beyond useable. Customer service puts customers through an almost endless loop of polite apologies for not returning calls or following up, or simply inexplicably removing service/repair/replacemen­t requests from their system, causing the entire process to start from square one! The service reps are very quick to remind customers that you can't get a refund for destroyed furniture or for products that are replaced with yet another defective item! Most everything takes at least a week or more to schedule and in the case of the wobbly chair that I reported needed replacing, it was ultimately about 25 days before someone followed up on my request for service and ultimately about 50 days, FIFTY DAYS for my defective replacement to arrive! The bottom line is that I will never shop at Rooms To Go again and I will advise anyone I know to look elsewhere. The sales reps are friendly and the furniture looks good, but some of it is cheaply constructed. Combine cheaply constructed furniture and delivery that's more like an item pushed from a moving train and you understand why it's sometimes called "Rooms To Break!" Buyer Beware!!

All the plastic pieces were broken, with parts left on the floor.

As a matter of fact, they flow together so that you have access to each store without having to enter or exit through the front doors. This store carries a variety of candles in all sizes and shapes, along with holders, plugins, refills and other accessories. They offer beautiful candles with decorative holders that add a little swag to your decor. I love the new plugins that are very subtle and allow you to select specific ones to match existing decor. They currently have Christmas themed ones and a special on the the refills. The votive candle holders are the perfect accent piece for the fireplace or mantel. They are also a subtle way to add a bit of ambient lighting to your space. If you love candles and mood lighting, you now have a new resource!

While I appreciate Meghan's design eye and won't knock that, the business is very poorly run and I…read morehighly recommend you have a written contract before engaging with them. 3 months into a design project and after all furniture was approved and ordered, was the FIRST TIME Meghan ever brought up any hourly design fees. She sent me an invoice for $5500 - about the same amount as the furniture I was ordering from her. There was no prior discussion, no contract - not even a text exchange about ANY fees let alone a $100 hourly fee, of which she was "41 hours in".... until the project was over. I have attempted to negotiate in good faith with the owners- Meghan and Cathy- over the last 6 weeks- offering her $2k design fee- a 33.5% markup on the furniture I purchased from her, of which she refused and then held my furniture hostage. Credit card charges are now in dispute and all orders being cancelled... what has now become a 4+ month project was just a complete waste of time for both of us. The lack of common sense in having a conversation, contract and deposit if you are expecting to be paid a designer fee of any amount is actually shocking. Great designer, but an unprofessional and horribly run business.

We were captivated by wall art we saw in the home of a relative and contacted Black Dog to order similar pieces for our home. Cathy was our point of contact. She was unbelievably attentive, advising us on every imaginable nuance, catching a few issues (wall dimensions, etc) that we would have missed on our own, and staying in regular touch with us through the process, from ordering through shipment and delivery. Shipping turned out to be complicated, and Cathy managed everything meticulously, keeping us informed and helping with workarounds where required. I say this knowing some might read it as hype; she treated us like family, not mere customers. No matter where you live, if you're looking for help with interior design, Black Dog should be your first and last call. (And hope you're lucky enough to have Cathy helping you!)

I prefer to support local business but I won't support this one again. Marcia placed an order for an entire bedroom furniture set for my daughter. The vanity came with 1 dead bulb and I couldn't match it with an Amazon bulb without buying an entire set. It took her over 2 months to finally get the bulb from her!!!! I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k. Marcia never called to ask how is your furniture, thanks for your purchase or anything when it was delivered. Keep in mind none of the furniture is returnable!!! The nightstands are very hard to open causing them to slide across the floor when you open them but we're stuck with them regardless!
