But if it IS AN IMPORTANT JOB Choosing them is a MAJOR risk because if they have a large screw up they will do EVERYTHING they can to avoid fixing their damages. We hired them to paint the interior walls of our new house, they left white paint splattering in every room on both levels. Our new wood floors are ruined. When the sales rep came back out he "apologized and said its the worst job he has ever seen" but then stopped responding to my messages unless I scream at them and threatened with a lawyer. The floor guys that did our floors agreed it was trash work but said he WAS NOT SURPRISED when I told him who did it. This was all well OVER A YEAR AGO. I have been fighting them every step of the way. All they do is ignore my calls and texts until I threaten legal action and they insist we let them send Stanley Cleaners out REPEATEDLY. As our floor guy said, those that have to tell you they are Christian probably have to because their actions dont. I hate leaving negative reviews. I dont want to get anyone in trouble but we are WELL OVER A YEAR OUT and we have made zero progress. Again, they will be fast and cheap but know that fighting them is not. Prepare to have to get a lawyer. They dont respect you.

Came as promised to estimate repair/glazing of widow where rain water was coming through. Estimate…read morewas several hundred dollars as had to replace a wooden plate that was obviously rotten. Couldn't do job right away but came later that day to put temporary sealant on to protect from forecasted rain. When she came a few days later for the definitive work, when the wood was removed, the damage was less than originally thought. Total cost was about 1/4th the original estimate! Perhaps some companies would be tempted to charge the earlier estimate. Kurb to Kitchen is good...and honest!
