Let me tell you, I have never had someone so ready and willing to help me out. He is constantly in communication with me to make sure his team is treating me well. If I call or text it wont be more than a couple of minutes at most until I get a call back. Now let me tell you about the team. Lori, is incredibly knowledgeable. If I have a question that cant be answered definitively on the spot she seems to be the person to call. Also, the team that was clearing out my home were nothing but respectful and empathetic to our little disaster (That goes a long way).
