My SUV broke down four miles outside of Locust Grove on April 3rd. I had it towed to Ron's Auto Repair. Today's date is April 20th and it has finally been repaired! They had to replace a gasket. I was told twice that I would be called when they had a chance to look at it. The last time I called (April 18th) I was told that it was raining so they couldn't look at it until it stopped raining. I live in Tulsa and work in Owasso. I do not have a second vehicle. This has been the worst service experience EVER. read more

Took my car to this guy a couple times. Once to have the front bumper and headlight assembly replaced. Got the car back home, surprise! Headlights aren't connected. Another time took a car in to have a new engine put in. Got a call a week later saying they hit the radiator with the engine and cracked it. Learned my lesson and started doing business elsewhere. Don't bring your vehicle here folks. It'll end up in worse condition than when you brought it in. read more
