Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. Opening the box, the inside was totally saturated in oil. The compressor is not new, as stated in the listing. It does not resemble the box that was on your listing as being sealed and New. If so why wasn't that box enclosed in the packing box. What I received was a used compressor that was previously cut out an older unit. There is a Schrader valve on the process tube and the suction and discharge tubes are totally open. Even if this unit was serviceable. It now cannot be given the oil loss and the fact that the system has been compromised with air entering it through the open discharge and suction lines. Unless this was shipped by mistake, which appears not given the wrapping in plastic. Upon sending this review I received answer back. Calling me a liar he states the one he sent me was brand new and he was selling it because it didn't match the refrigerator he bought it for. With back-and-forth dialogue he continues to state that he doesn't cheat people and the item he sent me was new and he go ahead and install it and it would work and he would give me a one-year warranty. Unfortunately you cannot install are used compressor. Especially one that's lost most of its oil and its expend exposed to air which contaminate the rest of it. I'm discussing with the company that process the payment for a refund. Based on the other reviews, this person is definitely a scammer and only wants to screw you.

Honestly kind of a weird experience. I had a need to install a new microwave after my old one…read morebroke, and I reached out on Yelp since I saw good reviews for this business. TD quoted me at $130 flat fee, which was much better than other businesses. He shows up on the appointed time (10am) to do the install, and I show him the job. The prior microwave installed by the home owners was not done well, and the scope of the job was larger than he thought (need to drill through tile, need spacer wood for top mounting, need to modify/redo ducting). He took some scrap wood I had on hand and said he wanted to grab some parts/make some cuts back at his shop nearby before coming back to finish the install. He then texts me later in the day and says the preparation took too long and it will have to be the next day. The next day I ask for a time of arrival update and he says he'll check his schedule.... then he just completely ghosts me from there on out. No response or updates afterwards. If he felt like he needed to update the pricing after seeing the job he could have just told me. I don't know what else would cause behavior like this from a reputable business. So functionally what I'm left with is that a guy came to my home, performed no tasks, took some of my scrap wood, and disappeared.
