It has taken over 3 months and multiple visits and our stove isn't repaired…read more The technician told us it couldn't be fixed over a month ago and the company is sending him back. Not to mention there's been at least 3 times when we had an appointment and they didn't show up. I made several complaints and requests to speak a manager but was NEVER followed up with. TransGlobal is a company that lacks respect and communication with their customers. The scheduling system to book a technician is inefficient and gives no consideration to the customer's valued time. The expectation to have customers wait at home all day for a technician to call and then show up is poorly thought out. IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH TRANSGLOBAL. I will never again buy a product that has Transglobal as the service company. We have not been issued an apology or compensation for all the stress we had to endure and our stove still doesn't work.
