I called Ronny's Tree Service after a tree fell, and they responded quickly. I also hired them to remove a few smaller trees along the fence line, including a Bradford pear and a small patch of privet.
Unfortunately, the job was not completed. Because I was out of town, the Ronny was paid before I was able to inspect the work. When I returned, I found tree debris left behind and a section of the tree more than six feet tall that had been topped but not removed as was agreed upon.
I contacted Ronny, and he acknowledged that the work was unfinished. He explained that there had not been enough room on the truck for the remaining wood and branches and said he would return. I called several times afterward. He again said he would come back and asked me to mark the trees that still needed attention, which I did.
The job began in July, and despite several conversations and promises to return, it has never been completed. At this point, I do not believe they intend to finish the work. I cannot recommend this company. Accepting full payment for a job and then failing to return and complete it is not good business practice. read more
