Worst "help center" ever! They take a month to schedule my appointment so that I can get a referral…read morefor a surgery, which this part is understandable. I get a call the morning of my appointment saying my my appointment is at 10:30am. So naturally I arrive at 10:25 for my appointment. The lady running the front says I was wrong, that I was supposed to arrive at 10:00 because of new patient policy (news flash was not a new patient) she had all my info and my records because I am a banner health patient. For some odd reason they marked my appointment as a new patient appointment. "Let me go check with the back if we can still see you" she says as she walks back to all her co workers standing, laughing, drinking coffee in a little group pow wow. She comes back moments later, "No we can't see you today we have to reschedule." Fine, I ask when is your next appointment. She tries to schedule me a month out. Very unprofessional, this center did not want to help me or offer a solution for being 20 min late to an appointment that they told me started 10 minutes later. Find another place, not worth the hassle and the heart ache.

Dr Bragg was the first available appointment and he is everything I needed in 2014 and didn't receive - he listens to my concerns and truly cares. Nurse Tara is a gem of a human and responds quickly to my phone calls. The front desk ladies are always helpful. It's strange to say but I really don't mind coming here for my appointments!

I was told by several staff members that a referral from my doctor should allow me to be seen. However, my referrals were repeatedly denied, and I was ultimately told they do not accept Medicaid patients--something that directly contradicts what I had been told earlier. This lack of consistency and transparency has made an already stressful situation even more difficult. At a time when I urgently need care, I feel dismissed and unsupported. It is deeply frustrating to feel like access to care is being determined arbitrarily, rather than based on patient need. No one should have to fight this hard just to be seen--especially for essential women's health services. I hope the clinic reevaluates how they communicate policies and handle patients in vulnerable situations. Access to care should not feel this inaccessible.

I have tried to reach them multiple times only to get the message that I all representatives are busy and my wait time is approximately 4 minutes but end up on hold for over 30 minutes. In the beginning I used to hang up after 30 minutes and try to call back but found out that it happens over and over again, at all times of the day. I have been trying for 2 days and even after an hour no one has answered, just stay on the hold. Could have walked there in less than 10 minutes.

I had my first prenatal appointment scheduled today. I'm a single mom to a two year old with no…read morelocal support so had no choice but to bring her. On arrival I was told she wasn't allowed in. I had no warning prior and most other places allow one person in with you. I explained I had no other options and they still cancelled my appointment and sent me away. I called them incredibly upset as I am also a full time working single mom and planned my entire work week around this appointment, and they pretty much said I was not going to get care as a single mom with no support system. They said their COVID policy is as is and I wouldn't be allowed to bring her. When I got more upset and pointed out the lack of logic and common sense behind these policies, I was told I was being ridiculous by the office manager, Shelly, and that if I didn't calm down she'd hang up on me. I requested to talk to her supervisor, she told me she'd have them call. I have yet to get a call back. I, unfortunately, have Kaiser and my options for OBGYN care is very limited in my area. I run a company and am able to take my daughter to work with me so I have no day care in place whatsoever, she goes everywhere with me. I called several other clinics and ALL of them, let me repeat, ALL of them told me I was allowed one person regardless of age to all of my appointments. My options at this point are to drive to Lafayette throughout my pregnancy with my two year old or not to get care. If COVID continues I'll be expected to drive 45 minutes from my house, with my two year old child, at 30+ weeks pregnant for all of my appointments. Unacceptable, Banner. Do better. Never been so horrified by the sheer stupidity on display by those that are supposed to looking out for our health. If it was my daughters doctors appointment I'd be allowed in, but because it's mine, she can't come in? That makes no sense.

The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, I also really appreciate that all of my calls have been returned in a timely manner (and if a my doctor is out of town they let me know what day to expect a call so that I am not left waiting- this was for a non-emergency question so I was fine waiting). I absolutely love the doctors here, they make what could be a very awkward and painful experience into something more positive.
