This is the attorney you go to when no other attorney will take your case because you don't HAVE a case. He will take any case because he is in it for the publicity. The LAST thing he wants to do is end up in court before a judge because bad things happen to him when he is in court. Terrible, if you want someone to fight for your rights go to someone else Benjamin will fold faster than a cheap suit only it will cost you a lot more money . He used to be a force to be reckoned with ,well that lithium crystal is about burnt out. One minute i was told don't take any plea were gunna beat this next time we walked into court he made him cop out to 3 1/2 to 7. The public defenders offer was 3 to 7 thats why i hired him so in my opinion it cost me a lot of money for very little effort sorry no effort. read more
