This group worked with us for months by phone and on their portal Internet, sending us home listings of what we speculated we were looking for, while we were still living in California. When narrowed down to about 6, we flew into Dallas and Mark spent the day showing us our selections. After picking the one we wanted and flying back to California, the Hewitt Group made it effortless to buy from long distance, it truly could not have gone any smoother!!!! This group has also gone above and beyond, with putting us in touch with reliable people, businesses and/or services needed to move in and be ready to go! So, close to home, or far away, the Hewitt Group at Keller Williams is definitely the best realtor group in the DFW area!!! They're #1 in our books!

He's never pushy, but will definitely fight for you and for what you want when it comes to finding the perfect home. He does his best to make himself available to his clients, so it seemed like we never had a hard time getting a hold of him. He wasn't one of those realtors that is way over-extended and leaves you on read all the time. That was a huge plus. Also, he's super patient, (even for those of us that are very picky), he never made us feel bad when we passed on lots of great houses! He truly just wanted to help us find what WE wanted, while offering lots of great, practical advice along the way. He might look young, but he CLEARLY knows his stuff, and has been living in the Flower Mound/Argyle area for a long time, so he knows the market very well. Can't recommend him enough!

I had heard of Rick Baker through our community Facebook page and started to chat with him as I had…read moreheard that he routinely encouraged homeowners NOT to sell but rather keep the home and enjoy the profits. Our home is in Windsong Ranch in Prosper and we were in the process of planning for the move to our new home when Rick started sharing his insights. After meeting him I sent him this note "First of all you are are a pro. Totally appreciate your commitment to your craft and the research that you have done." After Rick's thorough explanation the decision was very easy. He covered all of the points and timelines etc and what we should expect. Even though we had a purchase offer in hand from a friend of one of our neighbors to buy our home without Realtor commissions we realized that Rick was correct. The REAL money was holding onto the home as Dallas continues to explode with growth we would be FAR better financially. Rick handled everything to perfection. My wife saw the magazine quality photo spread that he and his photographer created to market the home that looked like it was going to be listed for sale and she said that it was stunning and joked about staying. Before listing we had a concern that some homes in Windsong Ranch were sitting for 50 , 60 days and longer before being leased. NOT WITH RICK! Rick listed the home at what was a fairly aggressive price of $5,500 per month and in just 15 days we had two offers. One wanted to haggle and Rick suggested to stick to our guns. The second was a grand slam home run and we had a signed lease and money in the bank in just 15 days!. No discount on the rent plus a TWENTY month lease until June of 2026. The Tenant will pay us $104,000 dollars in rent which is FAR more than we could have hoped for in this market. Bottom line if you want someone who treats your money and your home like his.......Call Rick. He is a total professional with from start to finish with a keen eye for details and negotiates like it is his money.

Communication then became delayed and inconsistent despite the time-sensitive nature of a real estate transaction. I understand that personal and professional issues can arise, but responsiveness, urgency, and follow-through are critical qualities in a buyer's agent -- especially at the very beginning of a relationship. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication gave me little confidence moving forward. Personally likable, but not the level of professionalism or responsiveness I was looking for in representation for future purchases and investments.

Cathy checks all of these boxes and more, she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from the very beginning when we "interviewed" Cathy she answered all of our questions and gave us even more context for the home-buying process. Our entire home-buying process was not only remote but also occurred during the height of the covid-19 shelter in place orders around the country, so we would have been limited in the ability to physically see any listings, but it didn't matter what the circumstances were because Cathy made our virtual showings an easy and painless process. She took us on virtual tours of several listings and was very accommodating for our time zone (2 hrs behind her) to show us neighborhoods, local amenities, and houses themselves during what would have otherwise been late hours for her. Due to her efficiency, great camera skills, and responsiveness, we were able to get great views of our future home, its immediate surroundings, and the city itself all from the comfort of our living room and we are beyond pleased with our choice. She also shared a few different local lenders for us to consider (but did not put any pressure on us whatsoever to choose anyone in particular) For the one we ultimately chose - I'll review separately if he has a Yelp listing - he was phenomenal to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in outlining the process and all of our available options. From start to finish, we made an offer and closed on the house in 32 days and it was a painless and pleasant process. And even though the deal is sealed so to speak, Cathy has still been helping us with setting up local utilities and handling other major move-in checklist items. We cannot thank her enough for her time, assistance, and advice!

Their form of marketing is relying on an SEO company to boost their website on google. Before signing the contract be sure to read section 5.D.3. They require compensation if you decide to terminate your contract with them. Laurie Wall is the owner of this group and was extremely rude to our family upon termination. Overall we were not happy with them due to lack of progress, communication, or solutions offered. They have a very, "sit back and wait" approach with the sale of your home. Last, but not least, the commission they charge is outrageous compared to other companies. Especially for the small amount of effort they actually do on the selling side of things. Tldr: I wouldn't recommend this company, nor it's selling agents to anyone, and I advise that review readers approach them very cautiously, if at all.

It wasn't until the fourth communication that they finally answer my question but it was after I was clearly upset and irritated and not interested in moving forward.
