Their AI "Lucy" system sucks. I left them my text number for them to get back to me. They never did…read moretext back but they emailed me asking what service I need, I respond in email and they said thanks for contacting. That's it. Never continues discussing the plan if they can come and do the job. I even left other email replying ?? To the "thanks for contacting". Never heard from them after. Not impressed. Disappoint because I had them work for us years ago.

After they were done, I found a separate electrical issue and asked them if they were in a hurry to go to their next job. They said they had time to look at it. They repaired TWO additional electric lines which I assumed they would charge me extra for. They explained that the bid for the first job was two hours and we were exactly at two hours, therefore, they wouldn't charge me any additional labor. Only 5 or 10 dollars for extra parts used. Needless to say, I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them - S. Manses St. Augustine, Fl
