Doctors ignore any input or warning from the family, Patients rooms are dark and very small. To make matters worse, rather than shutting down different wings while renovating, patients are placed in rooms in the middle of building construction and then left unsupervised. The therapists on the other hand are quite friendly and good at what they do, however they are the only good thing about this place. the head doctor (Chefarzte) ignored all of my family's advise and requests to move my grandmother to a hospital dues to their inability to effectively deal with an infection and ultimately waited until she was in much worse condition before lower ranking doctor finally made the call. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 1/5 Keep clear of this place, unless you'd send your loved ones to a literal construction zone hell in their time of need. The place is in the…read morebeautiful Black Forest town of Bad Wildbad - but is utterly chaotic because of ongoing major renovation of the facilities, narrow hallways, scaffolding in front of patients' rooms, and elevators that often don't work. Noise and absolute mayhem is everywhere in the hallways. If there was ever a fire, I would worry about getting all patients out on time. There are some nice nurses but many aids are inexperienced, and most of the doctors are dismissive and seem not to care about the patients' well being nor the concerns of their loved ones. My mother was there for almost two months and ended up with a serious infection that required hospitalization- yet the doctors took forever to transfer her there for proper care. The one star rating is for the therapists who did a decent job. Find a different rehab facility for your loved one!
