My pizza arrived with pepperoni on it (I'm vegetarian!), so we called them back to ask for a replacement. This was *very* grudgingly given. The next order arrived and it was wrong again. Called them up again, they had a go at me(!), said they'd speak to their manager and hung up. Incredibly rude. Funnily enough, they haven't called back and no pizza has arrived. Will never be ordering from them again.
