She even offered to let us pay in advance to maximize our time! Even though that worked for us, we'd strongly recommend making reservations! On our first visit we ordered their Margherita pizza, since that's our standard "reference" pizza. We were blown away by the incredible crust but not the toppings; the tomato sauce didn't have the kick we'd expect from DOP San Marzano tomatoes, but it may have been from a paucity of Grana Padano parmesan. No matter; this was a small deviation from perfection. During our first visit we noticed several incredibly cheesy pizzas coming out of the oven, so the second time around we tried their Quattro Formaggi pizza. Five minutes later it was on our table and this is definitely the ultimate--bursting with flavor, distinctly different from any other we've ever had. Perusing the menu, I noticed that Gorgonzola was one of the four cheeses, which is definitely not standard practice! Pure genius! But here it is people, the Mecca of kebabs...at a pizza place in middle of nowhere Norway. I stopped in late, a last bite to eat before returning to my domicile to watch reruns on Netflix. A friend led me here so the restaurant had word of mouth on its side. But after ordering the kebab and fries, I couldn't have been happier. The meat was tender, the lettuce and tomatoes and cucumbers were crisp, the sauce packed flavor! What more could you ask for? The fries were crispy on the outside and soft/warm in the middle with that cool old bay type seasoning they put on things. Even though it was a big discount, I still had a great meal. I ordered the kebab pizza, and it was pretty good. I would not say it tasted as good as real kebabs, but it was nonetheless good.
