I decided on a crystal rose and vase. The order arrived on our anniversary. Unfortunately, there was a shipping mix-up. To be honest, I was upset and fired off an e-mail to them. I received a response in EIGHT MINUTES! Not only did they apologize for the mix-up, but made an offer that more than made up for it. They took responsibility, owned it and made me whole. Celebrated our 25th anniversary. Was looking for a special gift, different from all the typical gifts. I came across Romance Her and a silver rose! I was skeptical because I could not find any reviews. I went on Yelp, and sure enough there was one review (thanks Manuel A). Not sure what he ordered, but I figured he was happy with the experience so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a 12" silver rose and had it shipped to my office.. Was going to take a peak before I gave it to her, but it was well packed. I decided to take the chance and just give her the box it was shipped in.. It was beautiful! Brought my wife to tears!
