Overall, 3.5/5 but will bump to a 4/5 for how quickly we got our food and the good service. There was a good amount of meat (steak, chicken, shrimp) and veggies, so not a lot of rice which I prefer. Overall, the flavor was fantastic and the fried rice was well seasoned. The sunny side up egg was great, but I prefer having the egg scrambled in already for better consistency. The texture of the rice wasn't dry to begin with, so mixing in the egg made it soggier. Besides that, it was good! Two of my friends got the FULLY LOADED BOWL and they thought it was just OK. While the portions were big, they thought it was too dry and underwhelming. My other friend got 2 "five spice chicken" MAGNUM ROLLS and thought they were tasty with the peanut sauce. Triple delight imperial rolls were crunchy. Can tell it's freshly deep fried. Out of the 3ct Magnum roll (jumbo garlic shrimp, lemongrass beef steak, and caramelized pork belly), I prefer the pork belly the most. Juicy! Egg rated banh mi was just satisfying. The spicy oxtail pho broth was good but the portion was quite small especially for their price. With that price, we normally can get x2 of that amount. I also order a side pho for my 4.5yo daughter. That portion was probably half of what she normally eat. The triple x fried rice (side) was not as good as their picture looks and taste ehh... We ordered pho with extra ox tail meat, Angus beef, extra broth, onions, Scallions, basil, lime. Not enough star anise in broth to give it true pho flavor and broth is sweet. They did not give us the oxtail meat at all. We just got black Angus meat. No flavor to meat, and it was gamey. Does not seem to have been cooked in broth. Not enough of the garnish. Nice little hip vietnamese restaurant. It was a tough choice between the pho, ban mi, and the bowls. I decided to try the fully loaded bowl. The bow has a bed of vermicelli noodles, shiritaki noodles, or salad with your choice of crispy imperial rolls (2 pcs.), protein, toppings and homemade sauce. The spicy peanut sauce was very good but not spicy. Overall the food was good. Next time I will try the pho. I also got their iced coffee. If you like strong coffee then this is the coffee for you. It is walkable from Tysons Corner Center, although a bit hidden so you may need to consult the map. It's mostly self-serve/order at the kiosk, although I had to flag someone down to redeem the Yelp offer. I had the magnum rolls with the honey glazed tofu and peanut sauce and they were delicious! I was really happy to see a tofu option and the rolls were delicious - very large and well stuffed, and the peanut sauce was delicious. It was also a lot of food! The veggie imperial rolls were good, but more akin to the typical egg roll you'd find at an Asian place. The Vietnamese coffee was also delicious and a very good size. I sadly feel that I have to dock a star because it was so loud inside - the music was playing at a volume where I couldn't hear my partner speak, and we were sitting right across from each other. As for parking, there is a garage right next to the restaurant and you can go in through the back door - it feels a little sketchy but the staff told us to go that way and it's much easier to get in this way. Bad idea for sure for that customer. After sitting down for less than 5 mins, food was brought over on a large tray w/everything. First time eating pho in a paper bowl, broth is good but too heavy on star anise for us. I decided to add sriracha sauce and it helped to lessen the powerful star anise. We didn't get exactly in the pho, ie mint leaves, jalapeños, and the meats looked the same even though ordered two different meats. The spring rolls were very good, freshly fried and crunchy flavorful and the sweet chili dipping sauce was perfect! The fresh rolls had something crunchy and it was a perfect touch w/peanut sauce, needed more sauce for sure, great combination. People kept coming in for takeout and eating in, it was busy. If you check-in on Yelp, they usually offer 2 for free. My fiancée typically orders the five spice chicken spring rolls which are massive. Also very good and they add an egg roll stick for added crunch. The staff there is very friendly and they go above and beyond to make your experience there memorable. The space is laid back and very casual. There is also some outdoor seating. Bathrooms are clean. They also offer delivery/takeout until 1am, so if you ever get late night cravings this is your place. My hubby and I ordered a feast with the oven-baked Mac and Cheese, Cajun Fries, and Me's Meals with lemongrass tofu, bok choi and mixed veggies. While the mac and cheese was quite heavy and greasy. After a few bites, I threw in the towel. t's denser than even Stouffer's! The battered Cajun Fries were quite crispy and seasoned, but arrived lukewarm. Reheating on broil did the trick! The Me's Meal hit the spot! The chewy garlic noodles were on point and the large chunks of tofu were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor from the lemongrass spices. The mixed veggies rounded out the meal. Sadly, I don't see the dish on the menu and hope that it'll return! It was a pain to order the Me's Meal - delivery was only twice a week on Mon and Thurs and the order had to be placed by 6pm the prior day. I missed out a couple of times as I hadn't read the fine print closely and finally got around to ordering in advance. The stellar service from the staff knows how to right a wrong. When I placed my advance order on Sunday, the restaurant messed up and didn't receive it on Monday and wasn't able to prepare the special meal. They called an hour earlier and left a voicemail, but I wasn't around and missed it. A text message or email notification would have been nice. When the driver was dropping off the rest of the meal and called about the missing dish, he offered a meek refund. While a refund sounds nice, it doesn't compensate for my hunger. Where was my dinner? A shout-out to one of the drivers, Stephen, who kindly helped me out and drove back to the restaurant to prepare a Tofu Banh mi after dropping it off. He was super responsive with texts and very accommodating. He must know my condo complex well after a couple of trips! The management is great and goes the extra mile! When I called the restaurant to explain the ordeal and still wanted to try the Me's Meal, they put in the order for the next cycle and it was delivered on Thurs free of charge.
