I went in today to buy a vape and once opened the vape didn't work. I brought it back in and I was told it was dead. I then got told by the owner he would not let me buy another vape because "it wasn't faulty" no vape should be dead when first opened ( if they are it's a fake) I was treated poorly and again was told I could get a refund but couldn't purchase another vape. do better. it's illegal to sell counterfeit vapes. read more

Roll N' Smoke - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Manager lied to my face about not having the product I wanted, just to sell me something else. I declined. I'll be spending my money elsewhere. read more

I bought a refillable vape. I did not like the taste that it gave me with any juice and it was burnt right away. i went back to store to do the return. I called and they said yes come return it and we will give you an exchange. I was immediately told by the owner that they couldn't do anythin. and on top of that the company of the vape offers a 90 day return policy at store. read more

Horrible customer service, manager doesn't understand that items are defective and spending 50+ on an item and not even get to used it is beyond pathetic. read more

They are very helpful and knowledgeable there's never really a line. Prices are fair enough and the store it's self is quite nice and well put together, when I'm in town I usually stop by. read more

It is true when they say that it's the biggest smoke shop in South Dakota, but the customer service over there is horrible and it wasn't even that much people. Two stars for being the biggest smoke shop but the customer service is horrible again I repeat the customer service is absolutely horrible read more

I am passing through on a cross country drive and saw Roll N Smoke on a billboard. When I stopped in everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly! Felt nice to be welcomed in an area I've never been in before read more

Maybe the best Vape Shop I've been too in the 5 states I've lived. The only shop in South Dakota I've found that carries my brand, Juicehead Peach Pear Ice. Also crazy cheap. I usually pay around $30 a 100ml bottle and they had it for 20. 3 people helped me and each one was friendly and ready to assist. Just a cool shop in general with a lot to look at and every brand/flavor you can think of. read more

I've been there a about a dozen times and only once was the worker polite and knowledgeable. Otherwise everyone else is impatient, unknowledgeable, and rude. Which I suppose I can understand considering the Manager is the rudest and worst of all. All in all they have a great selection of product just don't have the staff or leadership to back it up. read more

I went into roll and smoke on March 25 and spent $56.41. I purchased a $39 vape battery, A $9.99 tank and a $2.99 mood ring. I will note that I have been vaping for over 10 years and I'm very familiar with the equipment and maintenance of the same. The $39.99 battery that I bought quit working two days ago I called the store and they said that I would have to bring it in and they would resolve it there. I did mention on that phone call when the purchase was made. once I got to the store and show the end of the tank did not work the employee then went to talk to the manager. He came back and said that they couldn't do anything about the faulty battery. I then asked to talk to the actual manager, and was told the same thing. even though the battery did not clearly work, they would not substitute or refund my purchase. I was told that they only had a two week limit on their products. I told him he should put up a big sign regarding that issue. I'm very disappointed that they don't back up their products. A $40 battery should last more than a month. They really should inform the customers that they do not back up these products for more than two weeks. I will be shopping elsewhere and wouldn't recommend the store. read more
