I came here the second time. The first time was three years ago to fix my front bit of the watch and maintenance.
This is the second time for me and I need to fix my watch because it's started delay.
Everything was perfect such as service, atmosphere, security, location and so on except one, miscommunication. I was told that they will contact me by email or telephone for quotation and duration but I have never received anything. So I sent the email and they replied that usually, they will inform the customer after everything was fixed and it's ready to pick up. I thought that they fix without quotation??? Anyway, in my case, it was still within warranty so that there was no cost. However, it took me nearly three months and I had to survive for nearly three months without a wrist watch. I always checked the time on my iPhone. That's so funny.
However, everything is fine now. I really appreciate for their great job. read more
