We were under the impression that we will have another video for the entire thing as we were waiting for it for 2 months. I texted with the owner, Den, and she said that they don't do "Traditional edits". Well, the package said "On the Day Full Video Coverage" which in my opinion was very misleading. I asked if I could pay extra (since she sent the raw videos) so at least, we could have a copy of the Mass. Unfortunately, she never responded. I would like to add that they also made the Bride and Groom, as well as the Make-up Artist wait for an hour on their Engagement shoot. Although the SDE and photos came out nice, I'm quite unhappy with their service. They should work on their communication (needs more clarity) and professionalism.

Marvin Tomandao is unprofessional, unapologetic & has been consistent in breaking all his promises of product delivery. I had a very unpleasant experience with this man & I fully regret that I had chosen him as the photographer & videographer for my daughter's 7th birthday. I was swayed by the so-called freebies in his birthday package but I am attesting that THESE ARE NOT WORTH the inconvenience & the unpleasant experience we had with Marvin. He was very promising & accommodating at first but everything went bad during the free prebirthday photoshoot. Although there were changes in our initial prebirthday shoot schedule, Marvin assured me that he will be the photographer during the shoot until the day before when I called to confirm our schedule. My husband & I were so disappointed & he did not even advice us about the change of photographer. He sent his cousin, a young man in his 20s who seemed an amateur with his point & shoot camera. We didn't make a fuss about it since the substitute is a nice guy & I kept telling myself that this prebirthday shoot is just free anyway. I realized then that it wasn't really free because we had to pay P1000 as transport fee to the photoshoot venue. So much for freebie when in fact I still paid out of my own pocket. The succeeding transactions with Marvin became bad to worst. First, he kept on delaying the sending of the edited photos from the prebirthday shoot & because of this, our invitations & AVP were also delayed. I hired another photography service to do the AVP for us because I knew then that Marvin cannot deliver. A good friend of mine advised me to just ditch my contract with Marvin but it was hard for me to let go of the P4000 downpayment. P4000 is still a lot of money for an ordinary working class like myself. Second & worst of all, HE AND HIS DAUGHTER CAME AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE during the party event! My husband was so angry because Marvin was not at all apologetic. HE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE PHOTOGRAPHER WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN OUR LIFE. We rarely organize parties in our lifetime which is only during our children's first & 7th birthdays. This is the reason why I felt so bad because we all prepared so hard for my daughter's 7th birthday party only to be ruined by Marvin's unacceptable tardiness & unprofessionalism. We realized during our confrontation with him that he seems to have the habit of being late because he bragged that "baket laging nagkakaproblema sa mga clients ng kiddie birthday packages kumpara sa mga wedding at debut clients nya." This only proves that he puts less importance on clients with cheaper packages compared to the expensive wedding & debut packages. It has been past 90 working days since the party event and still he has not delivered the package in our contract. As usual, he had a lot of alibis for the delay - they renovated their office, etc. He said that he will send the deliverables today but still no word from him. I don't expect anything great from Marvin anymore - only more alibis/lies & broken promises. I do believe in karma, though, and maybe one day, he will come across a client who can rectify this kind of unacceptable behavior.
