My wife bought her dress at this shop in October 2016, direct paid and promised it will be there in…read moreJanuary 2017. In January she called the shop and asked for her dress the owner said it will be delivered soon. Week for week same answers, everything is fine it will be there soon. In May my wife said if it will not be mid month she wants her money back. End of May the owner said that they bought the dress from a fraud dealer and that they will buy it direct from the manufacture and it will be there in 2 weeks. Finally in June she got a call that she can pick up the dress in Cologne. So she drove there 2 hours to pick it up on a Saturday. The owner was not in the shop what you should expect after all that. Then some parts which needed to be changed were not changed wrong color. The sales person couldn't say anything and the owner was not available via phone. So my wife left the shop. One hour she got the call from the owner that she doesnt know how the dressmaker didnt see that. But they will change it and send it via mail to her. So a 4 hour drive for nothing. Another week later she finally got her dress. No discount or bigger appology. After all that, I would buy anything there!!!!
