A stylist sat with me and I had a mini-consultation about what haircut I would like, she showed me examples in hair brochures and advised me on what would and wouldn't work for my hair type. Hair was washed, all Paul Mitchell products, I was also offered a drink. The haircut I received was second to none - the stylist took her time and appeared to be very knowlegeable about cutting techniques. I was very pleased with my finished style! And to top it off, it was 25% off day (Tuesday), which was a pleasant surprise. I was given two vouchers for me and a friend to have 50% off on our next visit. Well worth the money.

this is a great little salon. and the diffuculty i had in getting an appointment jsut goes to show…read morehow popular it is. i was very impressed by the service i recieved, and the cut and colour i had done was excellent, with the cerise pink streaks not fading out completley for 4 months. all in all, it took about 3 hours to do my hair, but it was worth the time. i was treated very well, and my cuppa was kept topped up as i waited, the receptionist talked to me as i waited, and the stylists told me exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. i woudl definitly recommend this hairdressers to anyone.

The salon itself is a little dated inside and doesn't appear to very clean which is a bit discouraging. On my visit I found the staff were too busy making plans for where they were going to after work to actually bother paying attention to the paying customers they were serving which i found rude, ignorant and somewhat irritating. The brushes and towels etc looked old and unkempt which once again, didn't 'add' to any potential positive experience. My request was simple, I wanted about 10 in length cut off, no layers, nothing fancy and it was done quickly. Another woman left shortly before me as i followed her out i saw that they hadn't even bothered to brush the hair off of her shoulders and clothing, she was most shocked when i pointed this out to her to save her any further embarrassment. When I got home I found that they hadn't even managed to cut my hair straight. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, who knows but the place, the staff and the service were in my opinion severely sub standard.

Fortunately I found a Saks in Oldham and was really happy with the service. A man called Danny cut my hair and he was very good, styled my hair just how I wanted it and check I was happy throughout. When I get my hair cut again I will defiantly be going back here. While you wait they give you a glass of wine and ensure you have a decent visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely appalling customer service, had a set of gel nails done as I was going away on business,…read moregels start coming off next day! my nails looked a mess and I was really aware of them all the time, couldn't easily remove them while I was away. (I always had gels done in City Centre and they lasted for 2 weeks minimum and sometimes even 3 weeks!) right?! called and left numerous messages for manager to call back, never heard back,walked into the salon at the weekend and ask to see the manger, she refused to talk about the matter at the salon and they don't have refund/goodwill policy!! VERY DISAPPOINTING She suggested our staff are graduate and trying to give them a chance! OK, you shouldn't charge full price and tell your customers! Very POOR Customer service, waist of money. Not recommending, might have good stylist but poor management, never go back again.
