I'm very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the work itself. However, getting in touch with Pate has been extremely challenging--messages often go unanswered, and communication is lacking. Additionally, one of the blinds installed does not properly save its memory limit, and despite reaching out several months ago, I have yet to receive a response or resolution. If the customer service were as exceptional as the installation, I'd happily give 10 stars instead of 3.

The entire process was professional, organized, spot-on advice and seamless. Lisa not only did an exceptional job but because of her working in the background on the design project I could focus on my business and not lose that income. In addition, Lisa has a keen eye for detail and can make nothing into something spectacular which certainly is an art form. Great service, great products!…read more I reached out to the Owner of Captivating Home Collection after seeing a living room coffee table she posted online. I knew the table would be a great addition to my living room, which I was redesigning at the time. She responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry and provided specs and details about the piece in order to help me make my decision. I purchased both an end table and the coffee table, which both arrived within 3 business days of placing the order! Both pieces were very easy to assemble with simple instructions. In addition to the tables, the Owner took the time to understand what vision I had for my re-design. After sharing a few images from my Pinterest board and photos of my living room, she went to work by recommending pieces that fit the design scheme. I fell in love with a wood and white oversized mirror that fit the design perfectly. I purchased two mirrors and upon arrival, noticed the mirrors were heavy, high quality materials that were worth the minimal investment. The pieces that I have purchased from CHC are gorgeous and high quality and the customer service is unmatched. The owner takes the time to understand what you're looking for and will make recommendations from her vast catalog of products.. I will definitely buy from CHC again!

I can truly say…read morethat working with Kristen and Ana at The OG Interiors was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. At the beginning, I only sent them some photos of the property that I needed to have staged. They actually took time out of their busy schedule to come out to the property to meet with me and to go through the entire property, room by room. Their attention to detail and commitment to showcasing my listing in the best possible light was truly impressive and assuring for me. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and creative in their approach. From the initial consultation to the final staging, every step of the process was seamless. They took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, and their expertise shone through in every aspect of their work. I have been in the real estate business for quite some time, but even I learned a lot of new things by getting this chance to work with them. Their contract terms for the staging were fair and reasonable. The transformation of my listing was remarkable. The staging not only highlighted the best features of each room but also created a warm, modern, and inviting atmosphere that prospective buyers felt attracted to. In this day and age, you really need to have that look in your online photos if you want to have buyer traffic coming to your listing. Kristen and Ana really understands that, and they really made the property look great both online and in person. We received numerous compliments from potential buyers and other real estate agents on how beautifully the home was staged. When it was time to schedule the destaging of the property, they understood my unique needs as a real estate agent and worked with me to ensure that the sale of the property would continue to go smoothly. Thanks to The OG Interiors, my listing sold quickly and at a great price. Their services were truly invaluable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property efficiently and for top dollar. Thank you Kristen and Ana for exceeding my expectations!
