He was quick to schedule a meet up to go over quotes. The attention to detail and willingness to work with my many scattered ideas made working with Josh simple and straightforward. The fences are beautiful, and we even have separate styles going on between the front metal fence and gates, the back gates, livestock fencing, and the side wood fence. Over 550' of fence later, all were executed beautifully. Finally my dogs/goats/sheep are all secure to roam the property as they please! The work done was on time besides a couple hang ups that had to do with unexpected wood shortages after the fires, but even then we weren't off by anything significant. The work that was promised was done, and when there was a miscommunication error it was promptly fixed with zero hassle or unfair changes in pricing. I actually felt bad with how quickly and willing they were to fix something when it was really my fault for not explaining what I wanted well enough. I was even apologizing to his crew as well who carried on without a fuss lol! We were up front about our budget, and we worked together on ideas until we came up with something that would still check all the boxes but not break the bank. We enjoyed working with him so much we have gone on to hire him for multiple other jobs like retaining walls and sheds, and have quotes lined up for future projects when our budgets can fit it as well! Our neighbors were also impressed with the fence and have since hired him for their own personal projects. Josh really goes far above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, so I'm surprised to see people leaving bad reviews since he's all about making sure it was a positive and fair experience. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. A gentleman showed up, took measurements, and evaluated the damage. I was told they'll have an estimate ready for me the next day. Next day came and no estimate. I called and no answer. Left text messages with no response. A week later I tried again with no answer, but owner's wife did call me back from a different number and told me they have been busy and also that they went on a retreat. OK? I did not think that pressure treated wood rotted within 5 years. He would not even give me a discount to to the repairs. Carlos had followed up with us and inquiring if we wanted to move forward with the demo. I had mentioned to Carlos we were now entertaining the idea of a renovation. He was understanding and asked us to contact him if we made a decision to go the demo route. This past week, Carlos followed up with us. Although we had decided days before to go with the pool renovation, I was very impressed with Carlos, his responsiveness, and his customer service. His bid covered most thoroughly for material and labor and the price was very reasonable. on the day of the estimate, Carlos took his time to answer my questions, show me pictures and videos of the jobs he had done, which was helpful to me, being a visual person. I had to go back and forth with Carlos with questions and answer. He was prompt in responding and straight to the point when explaining things to me. He and his team did a great job in the sewer replacement. They came early on the days of the job and work diligently to complete the work. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.
