Cynthia Zuñiga, Esq negligent in her duties resulted in critical errors during the divorce proceedings. She lost contact with me after we accomplished to remove my Ex from my Health insurance, nearly 8 weeks trying to communicate with her about a mediation timeline. Cynthia continuously blamed the negligence on her co-worker who is now her partner from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. She apologized profusely and mentioned she's shifting her area of law to probate and bankruptcy. What does her shift in a different area of law have to do with my case. This divorce continues since 2021 and has yet to be finalized. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. He charged me $1000's and did very little to justify the cost. Critical matters were either ignored or mishandled--including failing to provide feedback on important documents and allowing time-sensitive offers to expire without even communicating them to the other parties involved. At one point, he advised me to pursue legal action despite knowing there were unresolved probate matters. Repeated attempts to communicate were met with silence. He ignored my clear request to keep communications in writing and billed me for tasks without providing any meaningful advice or outcome. When I stood my ground and pushed back on his handling of the case, he withdrew and placed a lien on the property. In my experience, it was a costly, frustrating, and deeply disappointing mistake. Unprofessional Tactics: I received a call to continue a case and attempted to cancel only a few hours later. I was told I would receive a callback that same day. I waited all day with no response.
