The remodel became significantly overdue, problems continued to accumulate, materials were changed from what I had agreed to without my approval, my property was damaged, and items were demolished that should not have been. I ultimately filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. After the complaint was filed, work stopped and my home was left unfinished. ROC has since inspected the property and issued a Written Directive requiring correction of multiple pool issues. I also wish I had looked more closely at the reviews before hiring. Some of the positive recommendations on this page are from Ed's wife and son, and another recent recommendation is from a plumbing company affiliated with him. I strongly suggest researching the reviewers and checking the ROC licenses/businesses associated with the contractor before hiring. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again.
