When he stopped back to pick it up, they could not find it. So he stopped by again on his way home and they still could not find it. The manager/asst mgr wrote down his name, number and mailing address and stated she would mail to him. That was three weeks ago and he never heard from the manager. I tried to call at least nine times earlier this week and no one picked up neither was there voicemail. Since we got the run around, we had no other choice than to file a complaint with corporate. The manager responded with the same response to corporate that she gave over a month ago that once they located it they would mail it. This is highly unacceptable - Not only do we not get call backs but the belt is yet to be found. Either it is missing or stolen. At any rate, we still have not heard back from the manager. I called her direct line the other day. She texted back and said she would call when she returned to the office. I never received a call. This is very unprofessional, frustrating and time consuming. Simply put, the belt should be replaced.
